I've been really enjoying this game but the stairs inside the hideout beneath Celadon game corner disappear for me once I leave. I don't know if I need to go back there at any point but I watched a youtube video where this doesn't happen so I believe this is a bug.

When Giovanni assigns you to visit Pallet Town, you just steal Bulbasaur from Professor Oak's lab.

Talk to the Fishing Guru on Route 12, he'll ask you to battle the Fishing Guru in Fucsia City. Battle him and then go back to Route 12 and talk to the Fishing Guru, he'll give you a Squirtle.

Try to buy a Magikarp from the guy at the Mt. Moon Pokécenter. He'll scam you. This will trigger an event in Fucsia City. Go there, near the exit to Route 18, and you'll see a Scientist. He'll ask you to fight some thieves at the Pokémon Mansion on Cinnabar Island. Fight them and you will steal a Charmander from them. Then go back to Fucsia and the Scientist will reward you with a large sum of money and a Snorlax.

Dratini can be found surfing in the stream in Bill's Garden, but if you can no longer go there, I believe there are more in the Safari Zone.

Sadly, Lapras isn't available until the post game, in the cave on Four Island.

If not, from where can I get\download it?

The latest version was released in the New Year's. If you open the menu, a box that says Version 2.0.1 should appear on the upper left side.

If youre already in Fucsia, I'm assuming Koga has already asked you to deal with Bruno on Route 17. Go there (you don't need a bike, you can walk up from Roite 18). After you beat Bruno, Koga will give you a pass to the Safari Zone. You can battle Pokémon there and you won't have a time limit.

1. Complete the Lavander Tower mission to gain acces to the secret basement in the Rocket Hideout.
2. Complete the legendary birds mission to get access to the VIP room.
3. The VIP room is at the southernmost end of the secret basement. The egg tutor is tjere as well as a guy who sells Budew, Hippopotas, Larvitar, Buneary, Shieldon and Croagunk.

1. Go to Pewter City and talk to the guy who's spraying repel on his garden. He will ask you to help him get rid of some people in Vermillion City.
2. Go to Vermillion City and talk to the guy again, he's near Route 6. He'll lead you to a secret garden.
3. Help the guy and you'll get access to mint-bearing trees and EV-reducing-berry trees. The mints and the berries regrow over time. The TM for Leech Life is lying on the ground.

Both the VIP area in the Rocket Hideout and the garden in Vermillion City were added in this update. I've been discovering things that weren't in the previous versions by talking to literally everyone. Hope it helps!

I think the latest translation is the one you already have. The translated game is not the most reccent one, I believe the latest translated version is still a work in progress.

Reward for beating Erika. You get to battle the gyms after the Silph Co. mission.

The Electric-type with the highest Special Attack you can get at this point is Magnezone. Catch a Magnemite either on Route 10 or the Power Plant, and there's a Link Stone hidden in the secret basement at the Rocket Hideout you can use to evolve Magneton. If you have already used that Link Stone, there are more for sale after you've defeated all gym leaders. Jolteon is another option.

Golbat evolves into Crobat at level 47.

Eevee apprears in the wild at Bill's Garden. If you can no longer go there, there's a Scientist at Cinnabar Lab that will ask you to retrieve some stolen Eevees. He's the guy right across the entrance. After talking to him, go to the Underground Path that connects Cerulean with Vermillion. There's a guy selling the stolen Eevees there. After defeating him, go back to the Lab and talk to the Scientist again; he will reward you with 5 Eevees.

Is there an EV checker in this game? How do you know what your Pokemon's EVs are at any time?

wait for update - for now you're finished, you can either wait or work on maxing out your pokemon
