That's fine, I just wasn't sure how sensitive said spoilers are. I'll list off the questions by number below.
Spoiler:1. How do I start the Zygarde side quest? I can only find the NPC in the Cinnabar Lab and all they say is "come to me if you ever need information".
2. Is there anything more to the Old House besides the Lapras? Because I interacted with pretty much anything and everything I can find in and around it.
3. How do I get to Core Island?
4. Where is Lorelei, now that the Sevii Islands are gone?
5. How do I go deeper into the Debug Cave?
6. Are there any other post-game things that I might be able to find besides completing the Pokédex, or some other legendaries besides the birds, Mew/two and the three small island ones? There's not really much direction, so I don't know where to go from here. I was thinking about starting a new save file to try Legendary Mode, but I don't wanna do that until I've finished everything else that I can find.
Spoiler:
1: There is a couple of things unlocked after completing the Kanto Dex and Zygarde is the reward you get after talking with the Game Freak people who usually give you only the certificate. More specifically, you are given a Core Ticket, which grants you access to the island Zygarde is in.
2: The old house only has the shiny Lapras and a small hint about the island backstory.
3: Core Island is the previous mentioned island you find Zygarde. Just like you can find Jirachi in Star Island and Meloetta in Melody Island.
4: She is unfortunately nowhere to be seen. Maybe the NPC is a little misleading with the way I just kept the original message. I may change what she says alongside the bug fixes.
The reason behind it is that I originally did not plan to make a rematch, but instead change the E4 members for the GSC ones after a quick event with Janine becoming a Gym Leader and Koga moving on to the Indigo Plateau. This went scrapped after the Dungeon Lobby and the Daily Cave proved themselves way more work than I imagined it would be.
But if the post-game content feel too shallow without it, I can try to squeeze some extra hours in my free time to actually put that in game.
5: The lower floor of Debug Cave is accessible after defeating the Game Dev character, which literally grants you the ability to debug the game. Add any item and Pokémon to your save and even mess with the games switches/variables, but of course, some unused content may be broken.
6: Completing the Kanto Pokedex will unlock 3 boss fights, Professor Oak, Bill and the game dev on Celadon after defeating both Oak and Bill.
Not really post game, but there is 3 Imakuni mini boss fights that you may have missed. The first one is in Route 2, the second one is in the top of the big building in Celadon and the third and last one is at the Vermillion Dock, which you can enter after the S.S. Anne events. (You need surf for that one, and there is an extra dungeon there too)
Other than that, the Johto Dungeon is the ultimate challenge you can face in the game. Where you defeat all the Johto Leaders and Champion to get all the Legendary Dogs, Celebi, Lugia and Ho-Oh. This one is probably the highest effort challenge in the game and it is where most of my save files gets big.
