Shellder, can learn Aurora Beam.

A little obvious, but Shellder eventually picks up Ice Beam.

Mawile may use TM13 to learn Ice Beam.

Huntail can learn Bite as well! ^_^;

*never understands why a Rattata can't bite... only seems to make sense but whatever... with or without it it still sucks*

*Huntail can use scary face*

I?ll go with the horrifying Numel. ^_^;

*ooh... there's another N pokemon Frosty forgot to list out in the other game... proves Kairi is smart ;p *c* But sadly Numel can't learn scary face... unless it's a FR/LG thing so Frosty will be quiet on this one...*

*Overheat... quite fun to use ^_^;*

NU UH! It is a breeding move, check for yourself. How dare you deify my Pok?mon knowledge? O_O;;;

Kidding, kidding but it IS a breeding move in R/S.

*._.; He even went to website to double check... guess it's things like this that made him fail English... no wonder for that 64% on midterm -_-*

*ooo... did he just proved that Kairi is smarter than Frosty? (12348) *wins* ^_^*

*and Blaziken... his favorite overheat user*

With Pok?mon, maybe but you?ve got a lot more pulling for you. ._.

It can learn Smellingsalt! ^_^;

You saw how he used that smilie a lot? ^_^;;;

Helping Hand.

Fake Tears! ^_^; Or?should I say? ;_;

Oh that Positive/Negative Pokemon that looks like Pikachu but isn't. Hmm it can learn Substitute.

*Goes to the kitchen to drink some coffee* ..Its been a long day -_-;;.

*Plusle/Minun you mean ^_^; One of them is one of our formats too... they still look like Pikachu wanna-be to me too ^_^;*

*not only that... they can wish well*

Oh I know their names, its just that they represent the positive and negative in electric currents. Hence I say positive/negative:P.
Anyway, it seems most baby pokemon know wish. Especially Pichu!
