You can get as many as you want. I can fill requests now so fire away! :)

As for the second question, that's up to IO9. It would probably increase your chances if you made some worthwhile contribution. (e.g. a background)

can I also be a maker of them? I made a background and I can specialize in the HGSS requests or the ones about my background!

I would assume so, but the final decision is IO9's.

My opinion is the more publicity the better! So, as a member of the staff I grant you permission, although if IO9 tells you to take it down please do so. :)

heyy uhh itzy, Pokestorm is putting other people's pets in his sig! I don't want my pets in his sig! did you give him permission? He put in the MewTwo you made for me and the Green Espeon for Kayla! Is he allowed to steal other people's pets?
