What do you think the thought process was behind them.
I know Apricorns were the original Pokeballs but why did Apricorn Pokeballs work? I don't think they had any mechanics behind it. I think it may have been some sort of magic but thats just me going on a limb.
Also what's with the colours? I suppose white could come from the Apricorn Pokeballs bottom half (I don't believe they coloured them but the colours just came naturally) but why red on the top? Why red and blue for great balls, yellow and black for ultra balls or even purple and red for master balls?
[Please do not ask how a Pokeball works or what's inside one. That questions has been asked too many times and there is simply not enough information to come up with a justifiable answer.)
