it seems that all day today (I am currently in EST time zone) and all day today since 3PM it takes 5+ minutes to load EVERY page on PokeCommunity Forums, while the rest of the internet loads just fine... is there something up, or is it just me?

I think it's a sign telling you that you might need a break, especially if you've been on PC literally all day today and yesterday enough to notice this. PC has a lot going on and a lot of people using it, so I'm guessing that's an issue. I have issues with it loading too. I just Spheal with it though. But tbh I'm pretty sure it's just you.

It's kinda obvious when I HAVE to open another tab and twiddle around Facebook for the loading of PC pages, every time I click on a link or submit something on here....

A break implies longer than 5minutes. Try waiting 30mins to an hour before using PC again.

    I don't need a break..... *sarcasm*

if I did take a break, I'd go through withdrawals... I LOVE PC

^ Yeah ummm I'm the one that implied you needed a break, not Zet. You totally replied to the wrong thing there. Anyway, perhaps he's right. Seriously, can you last 30 minutes away from PC? I think you can. Just stay off it for about 30 minutes, come back, and see if the problem fixes itself. Maybe you're on PC so much, your computer is sick of it. I really think it's trying to tell you something tbqh. lol

Since you're in EST like I am (Hi!), PC is probably slow around that time because that's when a chunk of America is getting home from school and signing right on and they stay on until late at night. PC lags for me around the same time as it does for you, and doesn't start getting better until maybe one in the morning. In the meantime, I go elsewhere on the Internet or go to work/enter the outside world.

Besides, it's not like PC is that active that you'll miss something so amazing if you take a break for an hour or more.

Go lurk around other websites, join another forum, draw a picture, write a story, take a walk to enjoy the fall weather, watch television. And by the time you come back, PC will load faster and there'll be more to do here.

I've noticed it too.. Its not us, it's a 3rd party or 2 script taking its time to load..

The server itself is under normal use/loads and I'm watching it sit at about 1/4th loaded and sorta just hang there, like it's waiting for something(which it is), then load.

I'm trying to figure out what it is exactly but haven't yet.

This happens for me on occasion, but I just google random things for 30 mins - an hour, that is unless the site is actually down then it's a problem with PC lol

Yeah, this happens to me too. I do other things while I wait for PC to work again, like watching YouTube videos and playing with my DS. After half an hour or so, I come back to PC to see if it works again.
