    Classification: Devious Pokemon

A Pokemon that thrives in the colder areas of Swrairia. They tend to stick to the mountains and only come down if they can't find enough food or water.
They live in packs of no more than ten. They might look adorable, but if you encounter any, keep an eye on your food. They will not hesitate to take food from others if they are hungry enough. They usually have a member of their pack distract their target with their cuteness, while the others silently take all it's food.

    Safaraffe
    Classification: Warm Temperature Pokemon

A Pokemon not native to Swairia. It is said to have migrated to Southern Swrairia centuries ago. The rest of Swrairia is too cold for them and they will grow ill if the area is too cold. Although they can go without food for days on end, they regularly forget to eat, so most people keep an eye on them.
These Pokemon will clumsily chase after anything that moves. They are not very fast however; if they can't keep up with whatever they are chasing they will get sad and demotivated.

    Primbit
    Classification: Roaming Musician Pokemon

Primbit are solitary Pokemon that move from town to town in the countryside, playing drums made of various vegetables with their carrot drum sticks. They imbue their vegetable instruments with an odd aura that lets them produce rather odd, but very pleasant sounds. They play their songs for the entire town hoping to earn more vegetables in return, both to replace their current instruments when necessary and to make sure they have food.

    Classification: Lazing Pokemon

A common sight all around Swrairia; wherever there is water, these Pokemon will be found lazing about. They lie about as silently as possible and wait for Bug Pokemon to come near, which they will grab with their tongue once they are close enough. A single Buglay will keep it fed for a week.
These Pokemon are mainly numerous due to how long they live, and them having a very unappealing taste to predatory Pokemon.

    Tafbe
    Classification: Bossy Pokemon

These Pokemon see themselves as the boss of those around them. They will get increasingly irritated if their orders are ignored and may end up going on a rampage. Always give them what they want however, and they will become increasingly more unreasonable with their demands. The trick to getting along with them is striking a careful balance between the two. They are very protective of those that follow their orders, even if it was only once.

    Codear
    Classification: Gift Delivery Pokemon

These Pokemon are often used to deliver presents to someone. It is an intelligent Pokemon who will understand any instructions you give it; tell them where to go and what the recipient looks like and they will find them without fail. It is customary to give them some food and water for the road, as these Pokemon will be so focused on completing their delivery that they will otherwise neglect to eat and drink.

    Feahirp
    Classification: Abandoned Pokemon

Feahirp are abandoned by their parents the moment their eggs start to hatch. After eating the food that's been left for them, they will have to set out on their own. With Letlitte nests always being high up in trees overlooking cliffs, they are forced to learn how to fly fast. Most Feahirp don't survive setting out.
Having never known the affection provided by a parent or sibling, these Pokemon distance themselves from others and follow a harsh and lonely path.

  • Shifin
    Classification: Good Luck Pokemon

A weak and feeble Pokemon. It was initially kept by people, merely due to bringing good luck. However, if it is protected and taken care of lovingly for long enough, it will become considerably stronger. These Pokemon have become rare due to most people not having the patience to raise it with care, but were once very common.
In the wild they once lived in rivers, but can now only be found in a handful of remote streams.

    Trikex
    Classification: Whimsical Pokemon

A temperamental Pokemon with a good heart. These Pokemon will never betray those they consider a friend. You have to be patient when raising them however, as they tend to be very whimsical and will act on whatever they feel like doing. Many starting trainers tend to panic when they lose sight of it, but you need not worry: they memorize the scent of their trainer very fast and will find their way back to you eventually.

    Latjika
    Classification: Frolicking Pokemon

Although cute and very calm looking in appearance, these Pokemon can be quite the menace if you aren't firm with them. They will only obey the orders of someone who sets the boundaries clearly and enforces them; if you tell it it can't do something and it does do it and you don't punish or reprimand it for example, it will soon start disobeying you.
These Pokemon like to run around and frolic in the meadows.

    Rinemi
    Classification: Scent Pokemon

Rinemi give off a very soothing scent that can calm even the most enraged Pokemon. They are commonly kept in areas where Pokemon often rampage, to calm those Pokemon down, as a result. The scent is rather unpleasant to humans, though not harmful. Pokemon Rangers live with a Rinemi for a long time to get used to the scent before being deployed with them.

    Two grass starter lines? =o

    Loppyo
    Classification: Energetic Pokemon

These Pokemon have boundless energy and spend all day running around or creating elaborate tunnel systems. Farmers used to curse their presence due to them tunneling through their crop fields, but with the help of their evolution Clopyon, have figured out how to divert their tunneling. Loppyo can often been seen around farms, digging long ditches, only to fill them back up the next day.

    Snowtama
    Classification: Forgetful Pokemon

Snowtama are often found in the strangest places all by themselves. The moment these Pokemon can walk, they will wander off somewhere. The problem is they can't find their way back and will get lost. One parent will go looking for them, but will inevitably get lost as well. The other parent who stayed at the nest will start meowing loudly at some point, and if they are still close enough to hear it, the others will return. Unfortunately many Snowtama wander off too far to still hear their parents' call.

Was sick for a while and then my head wasn't in the mood due to something personal.
    Really far behind now lol

    Classification: Memory Pokemon

This Pokemon has appeared in the oldest surviving recorded myths of Swrairia. It was thought to be a myth, however it apparently does not hide itself away at all. It parades through the towns and cities of Swrairia often: it's just that nobody remembers seeing it once it has passed. If not for video recording's and selfies taken at opportune moments, people still wouldn't have realized this Pokemon passes by regularly, tending to the ill and healing them as it passes through.

    Fuzzuma
    Classification: Prankster Pokemon

These Pokemon like to play pranks on people and their help should not be accepted on good faith; they will absolutely take advantage of it. Although they never directly harm anyone, people have gotten lost for considerable amounts of time or lost their possessions around them.
There aren't many trainers who would keep one, as raising one requires you to be on your toes at all times.

    Flosseep
    Classification: Friendly Pokemon

A very friendly Pokemon, they can tell when someone is feeling down and will try to cheer them up. Flosseep are very protective of Pokemon and people they like. They are often seen as clingy as a result.
The more gifts you get from it, the more fond of you it is. If you ever give it a gift in return you can rest assured it will treat it as it's greatest treasure and will protect it with it's life, no matter how small the gift might seem to you.

  • Tyranroar
    Classification: Thinking Pokemon

Tyranroar are either the most loyal and friendly Pokemon you can imagine, if they were raised with patience, care and understanding. Or they are absolute terrors who will relentlessly badger you and disobey you and do everything they can to make your life miserable due to you not treating them that way when they were still a Trikex.
These Pokemon can be quite aloof outside of battle, as their minds are always preoccupied with something: it is said they are constantly thinking, even when asleep.

    Dilophorus
    Classification: Analyzing Pokemon

These Pokemon tend to act on their own and rarely wait or ask for a trainers input. They constantly analyze their situation and other Pokemon and will have already formulated a plan of attack long before a battle even starts. Through their keen observation, they can pick out Pokemon thieves with ease and actively help arrest them.
If these Pokemon were raised the right way, they will trust their trainer's judgment even when it doesn't match their own analysis. If not however, they will completely ignore their trainer and act on their own.

  • Ruipooch
    Classification: Spoiled Pokemon

Although Ruipooch is every bit as spoiled as Kuriu is, unlike Kuriu it does actually try to return the favor by spoiling it's trainer with love and attention. It will even try to overcome it's disdain for anything dirty such as mud, if it loves it's trainer. Only half the Ruipooch that try this actually succeed in it though.
It loves being carried around in the arms of it's trainer and will growl at anyone who tries to distract it's trainer from directing their affection at it.

    Koriro
    Classification: Warm Hug Pokemon

These Pokemon live in small groups of up to five and live in caves in cold areas. Their fur retains heat very well, which they build up by hugging each other while they are inside the cave they live in. Once they've built up enough warmth they will leave the cave and search for Pokemon and People that are cold and hug them to warm them up.
These Pokemon have saved plenty of people and Pokemon who got lost during blizzards by keeping them warm until they subsided.

    Ranfrog
    Classification: Absent-minded Pokemon

Ranfrog tends to space out a lot due to it having a lot of creativity and imagination. Their minds are generally full of ideas on what to paint, and often don't notice something approaching them. They really love to paint and can even be found painting in the wild. They stamp their feet on berries and use the mush as paint, which they smear on their hands and feet and then they paint their masterpieces on either trees or rocks.

    Fedart
    Classification: Creative Pokemon

Fedart secretes a sticky oil from it's paws that mixes very well with a berry's juice to make high quality paint. These Pokemon will paint pretty much everything that comes to mind and even have the power to temporarily make what they paint come alive. Many of their creations that had come alive have been mistaken for new Pokemon. Their power only lasts for about five minutes though, so these creations will come undone pretty fast.

    Yamakusa
    Classification: Calming Scent Pokemon

These Pokemon are very sensitive to negative emotions and will run off to stop a fight before it's even started. They dislike fighting themselves, but will do so if it's necessary to protect someone or something it cares about. Legends speak of a handful of these Pokemon banding together to calm a large herd of enraged Flareon, protecting a town from being burned down while doing so.

    Optional, because lengthy enough already:
The Flareon thought a human had hurt their young and wanted revenge, but Yamakusa calmed them down and discovered the young Flareon had been fighting amongst themselves.

    Dokuhog
    Classification: Pacifist Pokemon

It can control the fur on it's back and make it as hard and sharp as it wants. The quills aren't poisonous, but hurt a lot regardless if they've been hardened and made sharp.
Dokuhog loathes conflict and fighting of any kind and uses a poisonous scent that forcibly weakens everyone who smells it. Although not lethal, if inhaled for too long the victim might never be able to get up on it's own again, having been sapped of all it's strength. This Pokemon will leave before that can happen.

It will even try to overcome it's disdain for anything dirty such as mud, if it loves it's trainer. Only half the Ruipooch that try this actually succeed in it though.
It loves being carried around in the arms of it's trainer and will growl at anyone who tries to distract it's trainer from directing their affection at it.''

    ''Koriro
    Classification: Warm Hug Pokemon

These Pokemon live in small groups of up to five and live in caves in cold areas. Their fur retains heat very well, which they build up by hugging each other while they are inside the cave they live in. Once they've built up enough warmth they will leave the cave and search for Pokemon and People that are cold and hug them to warm them up.
These Pokemon have saved plenty of people and Pokemon who got lost during blizzards by keeping them warm until they subsided.''

    ''Ranfrog
    Classification: Absent-minded Pokemon

Ranfrog tends to space out a lot due to it having a lot of creativity and imagination. Their minds are generally full of ideas on what to paint, and often don't notice something approaching them. They really love to paint and can even be found painting in the wild. They stamp their feet on berries and use the mush as paint, which they smear on their hands and feet and then they paint their masterpieces on either trees or rocks.''

    ''Fedart
    Classification: Creative Pokemon

Fedart secretes a sticky oil from it's paws that mixes very well with a berry's juice to make high quality paint. These Pokemon will paint pretty much everything that comes to mind and even have the power to temporarily make what they paint come alive. Many of their creations that had come alive have been mistaken for new Pokemon. Their power only lasts for about five minutes though, so these creations will come undone pretty fast.''

    ''Yamakusa
    Classification: Calming Scent Pokemon

These Pokemon are very sensitive to negative emotions and will run off to stop a fight before it's even started. They dislike fighting themselves, but will do so if it's necessary to protect someone or something it cares about. Legends speak of a handful of these Pokemon banding together to calm a large herd of enraged Flareon, protecting a town from being burned down while doing so.''

    Optional, because lengthy enough already:
The Flareon thought a human had hurt their young and wanted revenge, but Yamakusa calmed them down and discovered the young Flareon had been fighting amongst themselves.''

    ''Dokuhog
    Classification: Pacifist Pokemon

It can control the fur on it's back and make it as hard and sharp as it wants. The quills aren't poisonous, but hurt a lot regardless if they've been hardened and made sharp.
Dokuhog loathes conflict and fighting of any kind and uses a poisonous scent that forcibly weakens everyone who smells it. Although not lethal, if inhaled for too long the victim might never be able to get up on it's own again, having been sapped of all it's strength. This Pokemon will leave before that can happen.''

    i love those! :D thanks :>
looking forward to the others on the list :3

Rakkawa and Kutuso have a rivalry that's been ongoing for decades now. They gather once a month on the beaches near towns and compete to see who earns the most fish from humans for being cute. There is an annual event in the middle of summer held by humans where they elect the cutest Rakkawa and Kutuso and shower the winner with fish.

    Kutuso

These Pokemon are pretty selfish and will not work together to win and instead rely solely on their natural charm. When not competing Rakkawa will stick to the Northern waters around Swrairia, whereas Kutuso will stay in the South.

  • Opata
    Classification: Photogenic Pokemon

Opata really loves to be photographed and will not hesitate to photo-bomb someone if someone with a camera is around and ignores it; plenty of travelers unaware of this have had their photographs spoiled. If you try to take a photo of it, it will actively strike poses it knows humans find cute or endearing. It will even hold anything you give it in a way that it knows will make for a good photo!

    Deekey
    Classification: Climber Pokemon

Deekey are a common sight all over Swrairia. These agile Pokemon live in high places and can rapidly climb even the steepest cliffs. Deekey never stray too far from their homes as they have poor stamina, and need to be able to retreat quickly if in any danger.
The cities in Swrairia employ these Pokemon to clean their roofs and other high-up places in exchange for food. They are very hard workers, but require regular breaks.

    Toddox
    Classification: Helpless Pokemon

These Pokemon are never encountered in the wild simply because their parents have hidden them away extremely well in their tunnel systems. Faytsune are very protective of their children, but not very strong, so they do everything they can to hide their nest. No human has ever found one.
Toddox found at the daycare are usually not hidden, but are instead taken to the caretakers by their parents shortly after hatching, who seek their aid to help protect their young knowing that their own strength is lacking.
