Survey: PokeFan game with the most amount of pokemon to catch(Including legendaries)

Hey all, I wanna know if there some pokefan games out there with a decent story but most of all the most amount of pokemons to catch including legendaries.
I want to know if there is game where it has all the pokemon till atleast gen 7.(legendaries included) I want to know cause there are so many out there that either have pokemon till only gen 4 or 5 or if there are till gen 6,7,8 they dont have the legendaries. So please inform me if there is a game out there like i want.

P.S. The reason is i want to start a Full Dex playthrough where i catch all the pokemons and i want to kinda punish myself by catching not atleast 800 Pokemons.

They both have gen 1 to 8. No fan-game or rom hack that I know has every single legendary obtainable, but still there should be enough in these two for your 800 Pokémon goal.

Island has the 898 first pokémon from gen 8 available, but it isn't focused on story.
