6th Gen Pokegen coming to 6th Gen! Yay or Nay?

Is there any change of this thing damage your game?
I tried codes in pokemon emerald in my pc emulator and sometimes the game goes crazy. I have never tried pokegen or anything like that before, but it seems like a cool way to 'copy' my game boy advance 'mons to my 3ds game, since i don't won a ds or ds lite or any 4th gen game. Do you guys think i should do it?

Actually, instead of genning ready-for-competitive pokes, I think I will just make a 6 IV Ditto.

I'll still breed most of my mons using my legitimate 6 IV parents, but for genderless Pokemon... I need.

Yeah if anything making 6 IV Dittos seem like the main thing most here will be doing if they actually attempt this.
