Appearance: Olivia Franco stands at 6'2'', and isn't one to be found slouching. Her sleek, white-blonde hair reaches the small of her back and brushes past her icy blue eyes. Her features are as sharp as her wit, her skin as pale and cold as her mercy. Her thin-lipped mouth is often furled into a cruel smile, and her sharp eyebrows are often furrowed. She is slim and mysteriously attractive, a feature she abuses to ensure she is on top.
Franco wears an ice blue cloak which trails along the floor. Said cloak is lined with fur and is always fastened, and so nobody is aware of what she wears underneath. On her feet she wears glass stilettos, and around her neck is a pendant which bears a crystal.

Personality: Olivia Franco is a proud, self absorbed woman; precisely what you would expect from a villain. Her determination for power, fame and wealth gained her the spot of youngest ever Commander of any revolutionary gang, reaching the post at the tender age of 16. She is merciless and cares very little for the well-being of anyone, regardless of what side they are on. The only time she shows compassion is in regards to her Pokemon, which she loves dearly. Franco is very much in charge and refuses to allow failure in her establishment. Any imperfections are eradicated immediately and in the most inhumane ways. Franco wants to be known as the greatest revolutionary of all time, and cares very little for how she gets there. The beliefs of her team were born into her, and she gives them very little thought. She sees her mission as a chance to prove herself, and as an opportunity to become a dictator over Johto and any regions that crumble thereafter.
History: Olivia Franco, born and raised as Livvie Frances, has always known the way of Team Crystal. Franco's father founded the Team before her birth, and after she was born her mother began to dislike her father's extremist methods. Livvie's mother opposed her father, but she came to an untimely end after a tragic fire trapped her inside her home in the Burned Tower of Ecruteak. The suspicious origins of this fire were quickly overlooked and the funeral was rushed and kept quiet.
Livvie grew up as a glorified member in the Team as it festered underground, unable to overcome the reputation Team Rocket had over the region. Livvie was raised to believe they were fighting for the good of the world, and she lived a lonely existence amongst the grunts. She grew to believe that power was everything, and so she was thrilled when she learnt she was the heir to the Commander's throne if her father were to pass away.
Three weeks after this announcement was made, Livvie's beloved father was killed in a traumatic plane crash. Detectives found that the plane had been tampered with, but no culprit was found. Following another rushed and private funeral, Livvie Frances changed her name to Olivia Franco, shedding herself of any relation to her deceased parents. Olivia Franco became the youngest Commander of any gang known to the Johto region, and vowed to become the strongest woman the world had ever seen.
