Alright, finished current version of the game and no other choice but to fight Erika again or die trying it is time to mention a few things I noticed.
First of, I didn't find any bugs which impede the progress of the story. But there are a lot of Npc in Solis City, who do not react to the Protag. For example the Lady with the Lilligant, the vendor, when first entering Solis City or the People in the Breeder Club.
The president of the Breederclub, who gives you the Pokeradar, is also buggy because he gives you the radar everytime you talk to him. Also if the Pokeradar is supposed to work like in Diamant and Perl, then it does not for either defeating or running from the Pokemon found in the wibble doesn't lead to the next wibble ( wibble stands for the moving grass). The ball-shop also chrges you everytime you talk to the boy who paints your Pokeballs, even if you try to cancel the action.
Also when you talk to the wheaterguy in Solis City , you can pick up the package and talk to him about delivering it to the wheaterinstitue , but there are no quests in the questlog for it and there is no one who will receive it there.
During double-battles with your SEZ-Partner, you get an error-massage everytime when the opponent uses his last pokemon. Its not a gamebreaking one but rather an annoying one , so nothing serious. But using the move light Screen in the Erika battle skips the turn of her pokemon.
Also you cannot enter the cave on Route 7 which becomes accessable with surf.
The next part will be behind a spoiler tag for it can contain spoilers for characters and the current chapter.

Spoiler:
The last part of the current Beta was a mix of enjoyment and pure irritation.
I like the idea of using the petshops to get some strong pokemon for the following battles. Even better is the ability to choose the paintjob and nature of said pokemon. Did I use it ? No I didn't. I cannot verify if it works proberly or not. But do I see myself using it in future runs? Maybe. It would make it more interesting, if the pokemon available would change in every playthrough.
The trainsstation is empty without a npc to talk too. I believe it would belong to the category of unfinished or overlooked but i believe I should altelast mention it , for i know that you can lose yourself, if you work in such a large project. Exspecially such a large one with new mechanics, a love for details and a story which doens't have a 10 y/o mute-psychopath as protagonist whose journey consists of beating the gymleader and saving the world because the police is incompetent to do anything. Instead we have a young adult, working for the government with a low-ass salary, and the tendency to talk to his haunting ghost because the ghost is the closest thing for a friend he/she ever had. Magnificent.
I really like the idea of giving nicknames to the pokemons of most the cast. Shows that they are not only tools, but alkso at the same time their lifelong partners. But I can't understand why Eris's Pokemon have no nickname. If there are pokemon who deserve a nickname then it has to be Eris's Pokemon. Or they are named, but it was forgotten to implement it at the battletrain. Could be. It matters the same for Irving. Not naming his Serperior "Smugleaf" or "Prideleaf" would be shame in my opinion for it fits his personality.
I like the characterdesign for most of the cast for almost everyone has a trait which makes them unique in my opionen and adds depth to their character. Except for the green girl with the chikorita in the schoolgarden. Saw her once or twice mentioned but thats it . Dont know if it is supposed to change in the following story but it is something which i believe should be mentioned , atleast for now.
The way you stage your cutszene is in my opinion the best part of the game. Climbing the path to the waterleader with him explaining what he believes to be the import traits of a Trainer combined with the BGM is one of the examples of your amazing cutszenes. But the best one was the meeting with cloudy and the big elder snorlax. It hit me unprepared but I liked a lot. Well done.
Another part which stands out is the use of items from your bag to interact with your enviroment. Like the bottle , the explorer kit or the ring. It adds another layer to the puzzle which makes it interesting. Also the use of the first pokemon in your team for a few cutszene adds to the immersive experience. For example where you order your first placed pokemon the cut down the signs or order it to attack Dorian.
The part which annoyed me the most was the underground church with the ruinmaniac and your sidekick. Needed a lot of time to figure it out. Just plain annoying without any real advices ingame.
But I gotta say even with it small bugs and annyoing moments it is still one of the best fangame made and it would be a shame if it would end dead like so many other.
So take your time for the chapters, because quality wise the game speaks for itself. In my opinion there are not many fangames as good as this one, quality or story wise.
Thats it. I think this game desevered a review. Hope it is understandable, for I am not a native englishspeaker.
See yah in the next Chapter.
