5th Gen Pokemon Black & White: Best Wishes [4 New Pokemon]

I just watched the new episodes for black and white even thought there was no english subtitles... I was disaapointed with the team rocket... they are not the team ones new... the one that always that gets blown away when they get defeated in almost every episode.. they more advance tech and theyy have some smoke bomb...
