The way both RD and BL show up on the cards looks unprofessional. The lines are too wriggly and not straight enough. As for the artwork on both, they could do with different backgrounds and without the attacks and names, regardless of whether or not that was the original setting.

And 70 HP and 80 HP are way too high for level 6 Pokémon. Their HP should be be around 15.

As for the actual attacks, the Psyduck RD's attacks are good, but I think the PokéBody is a little much. Maybe flip a coin and if the opponent comes up with Tails, the Defending Pokémon is Confused instead of what you have. As considering it's only a level 6 Pokémon, I think Migraine Breaker should be removed until around level 25.

As for Growlithe BL, I think its attacks do too much damage to itself which can KO it really easily, even with the PokéBody. So maybe for Fire Volley, get rid of the damage to itself thing. And lower the attack strength of Take Down from 70 to about 10 until its level is higher. Adding to that, the damage to itself can also be 10.

:p I'm not making weak cards just for the novelty of it, and that's not how the cardgame works either, which I may remind is totally seperate from the video game. As for Psyduck's body, which I think you may be right about, the only way to be sure would be to play some games with it, at which moment I'm unsure how you'd build anything around this card, so I'll leave it for now.

As for the RD and BL, I'm not too sure how to fix that. Blurring or Smoothing isn't really help all that much.

EDIT:And the background...is their first battleground. I really can't change that.

If you've based it off of the fanfiction, then, obviously, the HP is too high.

Even so, you still need to work on your artwork before it's even considered acceptable.

And the proper response is "thanks for your review, but <insert whatever you disagree with here>".

I would, had your review been something to be thankful for. It was obvious you viewed my level choice with disdain.

Level has never been any determiner of power in the TCG. it's simply a slapped-on flavor text.

It's also not helping your case to call my art 'not even acceptable'. I did my best on that, but I'm no Picasso. Take your 'acceptability level' elsewhere. I'm entitled to make fake cards whether or not the quality is 'acceptable' to you.

I have to disagree about the levels, mostly because the HP should have some bearing on the level. It shouldn't be the other way around, but if you insist on Level 6, I'd drop it down to 50 or 60 HP, since 80 is high for a non-SP basic Pokemon that wouldn't be a Stage One or Stage Two on a non-SP card.

Frankly, I don't have any artwork skills myself, having made only one fake, and it was a... Voltorb. The art was in the style of the pictures that look like they were designed in Paint.

I'm not going to sit here and argue with you, but I will say this: Lose the attitude and take critiquing into consideration. You don't even know how helpful my review was because you're just disregarding it and not giving it a chance. Good luck improving if you're going to act like that.

And regardless of whether or not you think someone's review isn't helpful, you should have the gull to thank them anyway.
