I got it from club Nintendo. It's really useful to complete the pokedex . Just put all the pokes there and paste them in the game you wish to complet the pokedex. It's also useful for, when you want to re-start a game, spend all your money in useful items, give them to your pokes and send them to box, so you can send them and their items to other game ^^
Plus, it admits games in all the six languages a pokemon game can be in.

A few years ago I went to EB Games and there was ONE Pokemon Box (now that I know how rare it is apparently I think it was second hand). I had read about it and decided to buy it, it's actually proved useful when I restarted my LG, I just transferred them to Box and then to Emerald. So I'm happy with my choice. ^_^

    ok

But can i store all pokemon games before i beat the elite 4

Like if i want to restart fire red but i haven't beaten the elite 4 can i still
    transfer the over

Yes you can, but you need to obtain the National Dex first in order to connect up to it. All the 3rd Gen games can connect up to it, but in FR/LG/E you need the National Dex first to link up to Box.

They really need one for D/P.

Now that 493 pokemon are available and everyone breeds and ev trains etc.

And later that day I've found that, Pokemon Ranch coming on wii soon. [I wasnt looking forit either]

Pokémon Ranch doesn't exactly store your Pokémon, though, iirc.

I owned it with my GameCube and Pokemon Colosseum about 3 years ago. It was a special edition of the GC and I liked it a lot.
But I didn't use the Boxes so much, I prefered to play the adventure mode xD (The graphic of the game wasn't that awesome either...)
    And I was really sad that I couldn't play my FireRed or Emerald in the adventure mode but only Sapphire;_;
Is it true that you can get Jirachi in the US Pokemon Box? I heard of it before...

I've never heard of that, the only two ways I've heard of getting Jirachi is via the US Colo Bonus Disk or on the PAL Pokemon Channel (like me). There's probably other ways but those are the only two I've heard of.

i could of goten a poke box(when there were abundant but i thought they were uless)

stupid me for never going to serebii -_-, i still want one

also i would get poke ranch to store (i dont even care if i have to buy a wii) if it is like pokebox

who doesnt want a ziggazoon with extremespeed?

I have Box. It's very useful, but I don't know how to trade my Pokemon back, since I started over on the games. Does the egg from the Box always contain the same Pokemon?

Ah, yes, Pokemon Box: Ruby & Sapphire......best $20 I ever spent. XD

Seriously, gigantic storage space PLUS its own memory card and link cable? The memory card alone was worth the price...and it's worth what, $150 on eBay now? I can even use it for a fail-safe cloning practice along with the GBA games. Makes transferring Pokemon in bulk between my games much easier, which in turn made transferring them and getting the first 386 filled insanely easy. XD It also helps out severely when I want to restart one of my games for the fun of it, so that I lose NONE of my Pokemon.

Like I said, best $20 I ever spent.
