Matt looked down from the air at the person that was following him. "Woah, that was a close one..." He said, and craked his knuckles as his dragonair flew towards an old warehouse on the outskirts of the city..
 
Ciera felt like attacking the police man with her bare hands. No one had ever robbed her, and got away with both of their hands before...

She felt like biting her Feraligatr to let her go too...

"You STUPID police man! I dont care if some of what I do is illegal, NO ONE steals from MY shop and gets away with ALL of their body parts! I expect you to at least bring them here for me! Geez, you moronic police man, claiming to do good when you do nothin!"
 
"Hmm, this is boring." Matt said drawly, and looking at his dragonair, he said, "Dragonair, wanna play hyper beam target practice??" and dragonair nodded as best as it could. "Well, hyper beam the store we were just at from this distance" Matt said, and the dragonair focused, until suddenly, a huge hyper beam erupted from its gorn, destroying the shop in an explosion. "That's better." Matt said, and patting his dragonair's back, it landed in the old warehouse..
 
Ciera grows red with anger. Her Feraligatr had protected her from the blast, and was now trying to hold her still.

"ARG!"
 
As dragonair landed, Matt released his espeon and his evee, and poured the food in some rusty silver bowls, and mized the food with some protein and carbos vitamens. His pokemon wolfed the food down, as he went to a cupboard and opened it, and poured himself some cereal.
 
Ciera recalls her Feraligatr, and calls out her Pidgeot. She hops onto her pidgeot, and starts off through her new skylight(^^).

"Stupid police man, you can bbust me if you want, but I m getting revenge for my store from the stupid kid who blew it up." Ciera's Pidgeot flew across the sky, looking for the one...

"STUPID KID!"
 
"Hmm.. I think that the girl wasn't too happy about me stealing some of her stuff and blowing up her store." Matt said.

"Ya think!?" Espeon said to him teleapthically.

"Well, it seems that we have to move again." Matt said, and put the remaining food in his pockets or on his dragonair.Patting his dragonairs back, he recalled his evee and espeon, and dragonair rose up, and swam to the west side of the city.
 
"don't worry we'l build this up again bigger and better as leader of the special police i hereby give you permission as the only person in town to sell these drugs and i also give you a bigger shop by taking some of the space to the sides of the building" i said to her "And i promise that i'll find that boy and his Dragonair and arrest them and throw the key to thier cell away"
 
Pidgeot spot something in the sky, and flies towards it. The bird pokemon slows down and follows from a distance of about half a mile.

"Im gonna get you, you freak..." Ciera mutters.
 
"Dragonair just said he thought he heard somebody saying they would aresst you two." Espeon said to Matt telapthically through his pokeball."Hmm... I don't have to worry, if they try to capture me, I'll just go to a new city..."Matt said, and reached an old factory...
 
Tara sat down watching as people battled. Her Ninetails was by her side. She just sat there waiting for something to happen. It looked like she was waiting for someone.
 
"Grr..." Ciera smoothed some of Pidgeots feathers, and tried to calm down. Pidgeot took the silent cue and sped up, closing in on the Dragonair.
 
ooc: the scar is caused by a Deoxys and it gave me the powers when it gave me it so i can use psychic attacks and teleport ect.

ic: i teleported to the boy and his Dragonair "You are under arrest all you say can and will be used against you in a court" i said

ooc: man i've watched too much T.V. such as Forensic Dectives and FBI Files
 
Suddenly, matt looked around, and spotting the girl with her pidgeot, and the officer, he silently told his espeon to use psychic. Suddenly, the Pidgeot collapsed to the ground below, and the officer's body exploded. "Now, to finish them off!!" Matt said. "Dragonair, Hyper beam that pidgeot!!" He yelled, and Dragonair fired a huge hyper beam at the pidgeot, grinding it into the concrete.
 
Ciera jumped out of the way, but her bird was too slow. She cried out and kneeled next to her Pidgeot. Ciera was really angry now.

"I WILL GET YOU, YOU STUPID KID!" Ciera recalled her Pidgeot and sent out her Electrike.

"USE THUNDER ON THE BOY, ELECTRIKE!"
 
ooc: you can't just make my body explode that is pp'ing

ic: you can try to make explode if you want to but you can't i'm IMMORTAL you cant kill me MUAHAHAHAHAHA. SO YOU ARE UNDER ARREST NOW!"i yelled and used my psychic powers to hold his hands together and take us to SPUH
 
Tara looked up and saw the girl scream.
"Idiot," She thought, but then she realized what had just happened. With her Ninetails at her side, she stroked it.
 
Dragonair easily dodged the blasts, but matt was concerned. "Dragonair can't keep this up forever."He thought, and he telepathically told his espeon to get an alakazam to teleport him to Gyn Highway. Not just any alakazam. His friend's alakzam. Suddenly, he and his pokemon dissapeared from the air, and reappeared in Gyn highway...
 
Ciera recalls her Electrike and looks around. The stupid boy got away. Thats all she could think of. Ciera stands up and spots the girl with the Nintales. She stumbles over to her and looks at her.

Her words are slightly slurred. "You didnt happen to get the lisence plate number of that hyper beam...?" As she said that, Ciera fell on her face. On cue, her Feraligatr excaped its pokeball and stood over its master.
 
i teleported back to the store and began to rebuild it better and larger than before by using my psychic powers i was done in 1 hour.

it has 5 floors with every drug that you could ever want.

i made the building indestructible so that it wouldn't explode again.
