Crystal hack: Pokemon Crooked Crystal v1.3 (Help Prof. Elm get out of gambling debt!)

Hi everyone

I'm a bit stuck after the Mahogany gym. I've been to goldenrod city but no one to beat in the radio tower?
Can anyone help me please?
 
Is there a happiness checker? I want to evolve the shiny Pichu I got from the daycare
 
Dude nice, if it was from the Egg then that's not a default shiny, you got lucky, well done lol.

Happiness Checker is in east Goldenrod City, kind of near the Bike Shop. The Pokemon's happiness levels correlate to how likely they are to eat you. The more they like you, the less they see you as food. This should make more sense once you talk to the lady.

Congratulations, and well done! Not an easy battle by any means.

If you're not sick of the game by now, you are now able to rematch the Kanto Gym Leaders and Elite Four. Also, since items, strong species, and TMs are way more accessible, the Battle Tower is a lot easier to tackle than it was in the original Crystal.

Suicune isn't roaming, he's an event Pokemon now in Tin Tower. This isn't something I added, though, just a change in Crystal from Gold/Silver. As far as Raikou and Entei, they both show up in my Pokedex, as well as change their locations, so I'm not sure what that issue could be.

EDIT: Doing some research, there's a bug called the Roaming Roar bug in later Pokemon games, where if a roaming Pokemon uses Roar and escapes, it disappears. It's not in Crystal, but me messing with the code could maybe have caused it to happen... although that seems extremely, extremely unlikely.

My next suggestion would be perhaps what I should have mentioned first, given the basis... the question is: have you encountered them in the wild yet? They won't show up just based on your encounter with them underneath the Burnt Tower, you need to find them in the grass first for them to be trackable. For some reason, I seem to ALWAYS initially find them just south of Blackthorn, fwiw.

I'm having some serious trouble even encountering them. What level are they at? Ive tried every method I can think of and they just aren't showing up.
 
Out of curiosity, are any stats/typings changed? I did a DV check on Gligar and Farfetch'd and they both fell within vanilla range. Also, Farfetch'd is Normal still, which most hacks change to Fighting.

Edit: I found an error. If you talk to Mr. Pokemon after the rival steals the starter, he spoils what you get from the Red Scale. Hopefully I can still get that prize later :V

And is Zubat supposed to know no moves?
