League System

This is a Wi-Fi League ONLY (sorry Shoddy battlers).

Our league will consist of 4 Gym Leaders and a Champion.

Person who have defeated all 4 Gym Leaders to obtain 4 badges will be facing Champion for the title match.

Should the Challenger defeat the Champion, he/she will be crowned as the new Champion of the POKEMON CTRL + Z.

Challenger will only get up to 2 tries against same leader and if Challenger fails to defeat Gym Leaders within 2 tries, he/she will not be able to challenge same Gym Leader again for 1 week.

Challenger will only get 1 try against Champion and if Challenger fails to defeat Champion within 1 try, he/she will lose all badges and won't be allowed to participate in our league for 2 weeks.​

General Rules

We go by Smogon Tiers and Smogon Standard Clause, which are also explained in the Battle Stadium Rules.​

Additional Rules

*To challenge, post username, friend code, and which Gym Leader you wish to challenge (you can challenge out of order). You may only challenge one Gym Leader at a time.

*After you challenged the Gym Leader, you must battle him/her within 3 days. If you lose to Gym Leader, you'll have additional week to prepare and battle same Gym Leader again.

*If you do not battle Gym Leader within given time, you'll be SUSPENDED from challenging same Gym for 2 weeks.

*If Challenger disconnects on purpose, then he/she will be permanently BANNED from participating in our league.

*Should disconnection happen by accident, the Gym Leaders will decide the outcome of the match. Gym Leaders may give the win to the Challenger if they felt that the Challenger was winning and if not, Gym Leaders may take the win or arrange a rematch with the Challenger.

*If Challenger brings Pokemon that goes against tiers they're supposed to use, then the Challenger will be SUSPENDED from participating in our league for 2 weeks (so make sure accidents do not happen).

*Post challenges in HERE ONLY, not in VM/PM. You may schedule the match via VM/PM.

*PRIZES: Everytime you defeat Gym Leader you can pick 2 free Pokemon from rickyisgreat's trade thread, you can pick 1 free Pokemon from XDLugia's trade thread, you can pick another 1 free Pokemon from angelteama's trade thread, and you can also pick 1 more free Pokemon from uskelly's trade thread so you'll get total of 5 free Pokemon!! What a deal!! XD

P.S.
That's why our league's name is CTRL + Z because If you lose, your badges are DELETED for 2 weeks! XDDDD (Credit goes to TwilightBlade for giving me idea for an epic league name! XD)​

You don't have to be worried about level because level will be automatically raised to Lv.50 or Lv.100(because we'll be using Lv.50 or Lv.100 level cap) ^^

There's also option called Free Battle which doesn't raises level but we won't be using it so don't worry! ^^
