Will You ever grow out of pokemon in your lifetime?

    This is a vote topic indicating simply whether you plan to grow out of pokemon or not, Just simply place a vote, you may discuss if you want to. I just want to let you all know that Im Pokemon forever FTW.
     
    Most likely, I will. I don't intend to forget it completely, if that's what others see. Pokemon is fun beyond any other games I have played although, IMHO, it would be best to, not exactly let it go completely but make it a mere hobby or a memory or something related to that.

    So, yeah.

    I don't plan on growing out of it soon (I'm still a kid after all lol), but I most likely will. Though I can't see myself completely dropping it, either.
     
    I don't really think people plan on growing out of things. It's just something that happens.

    To answer though, I doubt I ever will. I've been playing since I was 8, a couple of months after Blue came out in the U.S., and I'm still playing now. I wouldn't say I'm as crazy about it as I used to be, but I still like picking up the games and playing them at least 2-3 times a week, and I don't see that changing at any point in the future. :3
     
    I'll slowly stop playing the games until I just don't play them at all!

    Ah dunno. If my reaction to Platinum tells me anything...

    Platinum released in Japan: "Eh."

    Platinum's release drawing closer in the US: "Eh, maybe."

    Week after Platinum is released: "Crap, its out already? -Orders- D:"

    I don't think I'll "grow out" of it, just get bored of it now and then...until I get bored of everything else, and go back to it :P Pokemon's just a fun little thing to do in my free time. As much as I think there's starting to be too damn many of them ahhhhhhhh! I also really don't want 'em to stop making more games, cause they're still fun. We'll see.
     
    Well, I wouldn't say I'd "grow out" of it, since I've been playing the games for over 10 years now. And by far, it's one of the best Franchises I've ever encountered in mah life. So, maybe one day, in a long and distant future, I'll merely just stop paying attention to it one day. But in the meantime, Pokémon PWNs in my book, forever! =D ​
     
    Well, at the moment, I dont think I'll grow out of it anytime soon. Maybe in a few years, I probably dont think I'll be as Pokemon crazy, though I dont think I will forgot it. Besides, I have been playing since Red/Blue, so its memories for me Also, I'm planning to get Platinum, so I think it'll be a long time before I stop playing. :)
     
    Being a lover of nostalgia, I intend to keep an interest in all things that were very important to me growing up. As time passes, I find new interests, but I always keep the 'classic' ones close in my heart, even if they don't always take the top spot.

    Pokemon was possibly the interest that was most thoroughly integrated into my childhood, and kept strong for the longest amount of time. I may not really show it as much outside the internet, as only one of my college friends even plays Pokemon, and hardly ever at that, but I don't think I'll ever 'outgrow' my interest in Pokemon.
     
    I doubt I will grow out of it, because last time I did, within a year I was playing it again, so I'll probably drop it, see a new Pokemon game and pick it back up again.

    I really doubt I'll grow out of it completely.
     
    I think I got more obsessed with it, I got almost every single legendary Pokemon doll from the 4th generation. I've collected more Pokemon toys and started to collect the cards all over again, so PKMN FOR LIFE

    Most people who say "Pokemon Forever" will grow out of it. No one really plans on it. I don't plan to grow out of Pokemon but I probably will eventually.
