Pokemon Firered Novus ROM BASE

I have been following the instructions but when I open the file in G3HS, is says that 0xfffffe is an unknown ROM id. please help
 
Working on a fix and a playable demo soon.
I'll upload a file with ini for as many programs I can as well in the near future.
 
Is it possible to use this and Kristianangel89's 721 Rombase in the same Rom?
Because I want the extra 151 slots for at least 7 fakemon I might put in (If I even make the hack), but I also want Mega Evolution.
If not, then it's gonna be hard to choose between them.

where is download all it says is spoiler then alpha and beta with no link

Hi, I know that many other people have already asked where the download link is, but is there at least an alternate? This ROM Base seems to be really nice and I love to try it out on my upcoming hack. Thanks.
 
Does anyone happen to have Leafeon and Glaceon's sprites ? Thanks.
