I think this hack is fake... srry -,-
First of all you used shiny gold rom for your hack? Do you have premission?
and well you hack an hack...wtf xD In your screens you just ripped the screenshots from zel's his treath and in your second par of screen you add out of a sudden new pallets soo..
what do you use? the tiles from zel or the other ones?

About the titlescreen...well I think thats the most fake part of this hack xD
The most reason:

• The titlescreen has dualscreen so might ripped from hg?
• The titlescreen has been ripped out of HG and you cut and paste the screens
• The titlescreens are more then 16 collors I beleve soo... yeah xD I know you can change the number of pallet you can use but I'm pretty sure you can't do that srry...

And there are many others. If you want I beleve you, you need too make a video and if you can do this why hack a hack? I'm just sayn'
