Story: (Some platnium elements are in this, but the story is different.):
Hello, and welcome to the world of Pokemon. This world is filled to the brim with mystical creatures known as Pocket Monsters, or Pokemon. People use pokemon for many things, some use them as pets, and yet more use them to battle. The people who battle with these creatures are called Pokemon Trainers, most trainers have but two goals: One is to conquer the eight gyms and earn all eight badges, which leads up to goal number two, enter the league tournament after collecting all 8 badges and beat all opposition, allowing them to claim the title of champion. But with every good, there's a bad. Not everyone follows the league rules. These criminals sometimes gather together and with the same ideals, create a 'team'.

This story takes place in Sinnoh, but there's another story to tell. Twenty years before this time there was a criminal organization called Team Galactic. They did a lot of bad things compared to the average team. (Excluding Magma, Aqua, & Rocket) They stole the evolutionary energy to awaken two titans of terror: Dialga, and Palkia. But thanks to the help of Lucas, Dawn, and Barry(?), Team Galactic's plans were foiled. But this lead to another and more dark threat. The clouds began to darken and collect over Mt. Coronet, causing the climate to shift and become cold. Not many people cared at the moment, but when an unknown cave appeared things began to get worse. The cave wasn't empty, and highly unnatural so the trio of Lucas, Dawn, and Barry went inside to look around. There they saw Another forme Giratina, the lord of the Torn World. Giratina was beaten, but it seems that it was a bleedthrough form, and didn't solve anything.

Here's where the RP comes in. The Sinnoh government decided to form an anti-team, known as the Blank Division. The Blank Division was designed to stop any formation of evil teams, and protect Sinnoh while the league solves the Giratina problem. It all seemed better for Sinnoh, but the Blank Division's five leaders became corrupt from an unknown cause and started to come up with a disasterous plan. Deliver false information from other countries, making everyone think that the surrounding countries are planning on starting a war against Sinnoh. But unknown to all, Cyrus also has plans of his own, as he forms Neo Team Galactic with the same goal as before. Capture Dialga and Palkia, and create a perfect world. But everyone forgets one detail, and it's name is Giratina. It's plans are unknown, as is its strength, but one thing is certain, Sinnoh is about to become a war zone.

You are a new trainer from Twinleaf Town who knows nothing about Neo Galactic, Traitor Blank Division, or Giratina. Travel the region of Sinnoh as you battle the plans of the three threats, in order to save the world. But let's not forget about becoming Champion, and battling the eight gym leaders. This isn't your ordinary Sinnoh RP, is it?

Chapter 1: The Journey Begins!

An old man is sitting in his laboratory, reading over a few letters. Not just any letters, but letters coming from kids wanting to become Trainers.

"Hmm... I see potential in a few of these." Said the man as he walked to the table in which he had all of the stuff mixed up. After a few minutes he had all of the stuff ready for when the trainers arrive. After waiting for about an hour, four of the five trainers arrived. "Hmm... I guess the last person is running late." Said Rowan to himself before taking a place in front of the trainers.

"Welcome, young trainer hopefuls. Today is going to be a very important day for you all, as you will be going out into the world as pokemon trainers. The path is full of challenges, and is often fatal. For those of you who want to step down, then leave out the door. Don't worry, we won't think any less of you if you leave." Said Rowan as he pointed to the door. After five minutes, no one had left. "Well then, like I said before. You may be risking your lives, but you appearantly seem fine with that."

Rowan picked up the seven bags on the table. All labled so he wouldn't forget who they belonged to. Rowan walked up to the first person. "You must be Akane, am I right?" Asked Rowan to the purpled-haired girl. Akane nodded before taking the pokeball, and pack. Rowan then went to another girl in green.

"You must be Violet, here's your equipment." Said Rowan. Violet took the items that Rowan had labeled hers. Rowan then walked over to the only boy here.

"You must be Bobby, well here's your gear." Said Rowan giving the gear to Bobby who then took it. Now Rowan went to the last girl.

"You are... Vanessa? Here's your pokemon." Said Rowan giving Vanessa the equipment.

Rowan waited for any questions from anyone.

(ooc: Get to Rowans lab, but no battling, catching pokemon, or anything. Just get to the lab. You can also ask questions if you want. For Symphonic, if you can, time yours to just after everyone left, even if they had yet to post.)

Chapter 1: Dreams of a Trainer
As the sun started to shine down in the town of Twinleaf Town, several residents started to wake up from their daze from the night, starting their very busy days. One of those residents came upon a 13 year old girl ready for her adventure.

She stood up from the floor which she had went to sleep for the night, even though she would've been more comfertable on her comfy bed. She gave a yawn and was going to get ready for her new adventure. Suddenly, her alarm clock rang and the girl, named Akane broke out of her sleepy trance.

"Gahh! What's going on? Is it a another World War?" Akane screamed as she jumped up to the ceiling. She suddenly saw that it was simply her Starly alarm clock. It was cuuing it's alarm and Akane pressed the button to end its call.

"Hehehe... I knew that it was the alarm clock all along." Akane said kind of cheeky. She went off to the bathroom and did her normal routine, wash herself, brush her teeth, and comb her hair for a really long time. She had decided not to tie her hair today. She went down to the kitchen and was greeted with an unpleasent welcome.

First after her usual hair styling, she stumbled on the stairs and fell down the surprisly long staircase. She stopped herself falling by hanging onto to the banister. After that, she thought it was over, but she saw a woman holding a knife-like weapon.

Akane was so surprised, she fainted in the middle of the morning from the shock. She was woken up by a rude splash of ice-cold water. "What happened? Is this Math class? Is 2+2=22?" Akane said freaking out. "No this isn't Math class, but by the looks of it, it seems you need to go back to class."

The woman said with a bucket that was empty. "It's just you Aunt Rosie, don't scare me like that." Akane said. "How did I even scare you?" her aunt asked. "You had a butcher knife in your hand?" Akane said. "In the kitchen...?" Roise questioned. "Maybe, if you can't tell things apart and when they should be used, maybe you shouldn't go to get a Pokemon." "No, I'm fine, never better than before!" Akane said with a huge chuckle.

As she chuckled, several Skarmory fell away after the loud noise. "Oops, I should keep it down, shouldn't I Auntie?" Akane said embarassed. "I think you should." Akane's aunt said.

After the breakfast, Akane rushed off ready to become a trainer. As she ran off, she smiled at everybody she saw. As she was out of the clear from everyone else, she thought about some things to pass the time. She suddenly remembered a terrible incident that she shouldn't have thought of.

As she thought of it, she fell on the floor in a state of shock after. Alot of the Pokemon seemed worried, but she awoke from the sudden event. "I'm alright, I can do this. I love Aunt Rosie even if she isn't my real aunt, she would be dissapointed if I didn't go..." Akane thought.

She had finally made it to the labortory, and had entered the building, they were others waiting for the professor to come and greet them. Suddenly an old man with a white beard and the hair was white just like Santa Claus. He greeted the four trainers that came.

"Welcome, I trust your ready for your Pokemon?" the professor said, "But first, I should introduce myself, I am Professor Rowan, it's a pleasure to meet you all." They greeted him back. "He got up to the front with dissapointment in his eyes.

"This is a dangerous challenge, a fatal challenge, we won't think any less of you if you back out." Prof. Rowan said. Akane thought about it, and she had fear within her eyes. She thought about leaving, but when she saw the Pokeballs, she thought about all the years she had to wait for her first Pokemon. She stood tall and didn't want to leave.

"Alright, I warned you, and now, you must be Akane right?" Rowan had asked. "This is your Pokemon, take good care of it, understood?" She simply nodded and opened the Pokeball. It revealed a turtle-like Pokemon with a cute little leaf on its head.

She seemed a little dissapointed at first, but then she saw the passion within its eyes. He wanted to help Akane out as much as it could. She held the Turtwig and knew they were meant for eachother. "We're going to be best friends, aren't we?" Akane said happily. The Turtwig gave a happy cry back.

"Here are your Pokeballs, and your Pokedexs, I wish you the best of luck on your adventures." the professor said. All the trainers had head off ready to become the best. The trainers had no idea on what would happen on their adventure.

"THE DAY IS FINALLY HERE!!!" shrieked a feminine voice in a large house in Twinleaf Town. The sound of sneakers pounding down a staircase filled the house as Vanessa rushed downstairs. The fifteen-year old was wearing her usual flashy necklace, sleeveless blue shirt, and red and blue plaid shorts. With only a few stairs left, she came to stop and decided to jump the rest. Her curly black hair flowed behind her as she soared through the air.

"Whoa, calm down sweetie," Mrs. Lopez said just as Vanessa landed. The young girl smiled broadly at her mouth and her pink glittery lipstick glistened. The lady was nearly a spitting image of her daughter.

"How can I calm down mom, you know what today is!" Vanessa screamed, unable to control her excitement. Vanessa quickly glanced around her living room, looking to share her joy with her father. Unfortunately, he was no where to be found.

Mrs. Lopez saw the smile on her daughter's face disappear and immediately understood what was going on in her head. "I'm sorry hun, but you know how busy your father is. He said he'd try to make it but no guarantees."

With a sigh, Vanessa forced a happy expression and gave her mother a bear hug. "Unfortunately, I don't have time to wait for him," she whispered, releasing her grip. Her mother rushed over to a pink backpack lying on the table and handed it to her daughter.

"Well, if that's the case, take this and hurry off. Sandgem Town isn't exactly around the corner, and your bike has a flat."

"Good point mom. Love ya and I'll call as soon as possible!" she shouted, while grabbing the backpack and running for the door at the same time. The older woman couldn't help but tear up a little as her beloved daughter left to officially start her adventure.

Vanessa quickly slammed the door behind her and was greeted by a beautiful day. The perfect day to start a Pokemon journey.

"Are you just going to stand there or are you going to get in?"

The sound of the voice startled the young girl and she quickly searched for the source. Her eyes fell upon an expensive car in the middle of the street and her father in the driver's seat. She nearly screamed at the sight of him.

"Save the drama for later hun, we've got to hurry." Without hesitation the young girl hopped into the passenger's seat and the two drove off to Sandgem Town. Along the short ride Vanessa saw many Pokemon living their normal, care-free lives. She couldn't wait to have one of the little creatures under her command.

"Here we are!" shouted her dad as they pulled up alongside Rowan's lab. Without a word, Vanessa rushed out the car and burst through the lab doors. There were several other beginners present and Vanessa wondered if this could quite possibly be her traveling group.

Before long, Professor Rowan entered the room and gave his usual speech of danger and the challenges of Pokemon training. After he saw that all of the trainers stood tall and were prepared to take whatever was dished out to them on this adventure, he retrieved five Pokeballs from his desk. One by one, he handed the red and white spheres to the trainers, along with other accessories. Finally, he came to Vanessa.

"Ms. Lopez, I'm sure you'll like this Pokemon," the old man said, handing her the equipment. Anxiously, the teenager pressed the button on her pokeball. A beam of red light shot out from the ball— and seemingly out of nowhere— appeared a purple, hyperactive monkey. As soon as the Pokemon was released from it's containment it hopped up Vanessa's shoulder and took a liking to the spot.

"Oh my... HE'S ADORABLE!" Vanessa screamed, before placing her pokedex and pokeballs in her pocket, then grabbing the Aipom and planted numerous kisses on his forehead. The professor smiled at the bond already forming and moved on.

@Gummy: I feel sorry for Aipom, but that was a good post.

Chapter 2: Route 202
Number of posts: 2

This is the first route, which means that you can catch, and battle pokemon.

Route 202 is a small, but active route when it comes to Pokemon Training. Younger trainers practice here to improve their skills.

Oh, if you do a capture post, the better the post, then the better chance you have to catching the pokemon. But it'll be harder to catch a rare pokemon then a common one.

If you do a battle post, then the better the post, the stronger your pokemon could possibly become.

If you find an item, don't make it shorter then a normal post you could do, you'll be able to combine it with a battle post, but not a capture post.

If you battle with a trainer, then you can make him follow you like a rival, but that's kind of obvious.

Here's the pokemon...

Start!

"Good morning sunshine!" Violet shouted when her mother walked right into the kitchen and sat down next to her. "Did you sleep tightly?" Violet asked and she was more amused than her mother who poured down some tea and took bread. She hasn´t slept at all because she was nervous about her daughter who was going to start her own journey today.

Violet drank her tea and stood up but when she was leaving from the kitchen her mother suddenly stopped her and hugged. After a while she stopped and whispered something to Violet´s ear that only she was able to hear and it made them both to cry.

Violet walked into upstairs and was going to go to her room but instead of that she went to wake up her father who was still sleeping. She opened the door quietly and looked inside but he wasn´t able to see her father. Suddenly a voice emanated behind Violet and it said: "Are you looking for me?"

Violet turned around and saw her father standing right behind her and he was smiling brightly. "Kirlia sensed that you was coming to wake me so he teleported me here. It obviously tought that it would be funny." he said and Kirlia peeked behind his legs. "I´ve decided to evolve our Kirlia to Gallade but I am not sure when. What do you think?" he asked and Violet stopped to think. After few minutes later she responsed and said: "You should evolve it now because it now Psychic and as Gallade it would learn Psycho Cut." walked away and left her father with Kirlia.

She went into her room and filled her bag with clothes and some miscellaneous things and after tha she changed her outfit. She was ready to start her journey but when she was leaving, her parents stopped her and gave something. "This is your ribbon case, father! Why are you giving it to me?" she said and was more surprised when her mother handed over a pokéball case. "Here I kept all my pokéballs when I was travelling, sweetie pie!" she said and started to cry.

"Thank you mom and dad! I will make you to be proud of me!" Violet said. "Gallade will come with you for now until you get your own pokémon." her father said and Gallade, who had been Kirlia few minutes earlier, teleported itself right next to Violet. She waved her hand to her parents and walked away from the mansion.

Violet was really excited and she tried to seek for new pokémons but in Twinleaf town there weren´t many extra ordinary pokémons than some Bidoofs and Starlys. Violet was getting really bored but then she finally saw professor Rowan´s laboratory and she ran over to see closer.

Laboratory was huge and it was really old. It was covered with many plants and some Starlys was nesting on top of it. Violet stepped inside and noticed that there were few other trainers too and many of them were new to her. She walked around and read some books in the mean time when they were waiting for professor Rowan to appear.

Suddenly the door opened and he stepped inside. "Hello!" he said and walked over to his desk and laid his bag down to it. Then he started to speak and everyone it was deadly quiet in the laboratory. "I have five different pokémons and one by one you get to come here and I will let you choose your!" he shouted.

Violet looked how prof. Rowan summoned those pokémons out from their pokéballs and there were many beautiful pokémons. There were a Turtwig, a Piplup, a Chimchar, an Aipom and even a Munchlax but Violet immediaely crushed into that feisty Chimchar who looked like it would attack if someone would touch it.

Violet´s name was shouted and she was surprised because she had tought that she would be the last one to choose. Violet took few steps and everyone looked at her when professor Rowan said: "Pick the one that you want but choose wisely because you don´t have other chance!" and introduced those pokémons one by one.

Violet walked around the desk and she wasn´t able to decide which one to pick but then she noticed it. Chimchar was looking very bored but the fire burning in its eyes caught her attention. "I pick that Chimchar!" she said and Chimchar looked surprised.

"You chose wisely. Here are five pokéballs and a pokédex that record every single data from every single pokémon that you will meet on your journey!" prof. said and Violet walked out from the laboratory with Chimchar. Gallade was waiting outside and it looked happy and teleported away after it had hugged Violet. It was its way to say good bye and Violet walked towards the sunlight.

To be continued!

The wind changed directions, a cold breeze tumbled through the air, the only person feeling that breeze was Tune, and his not so friendly Pidgeot. The Pidgeot technically wasn't his, a friend; from Snowpoint City let him borrow it, for a few days.

Today, Tune would become a Pokemon, and everybody knew would that meant; Tune would become the Stronger Pokemon Breeder there ever was, unlike that foolish dream of my friend. Who would want to be a Pokemon Master, that is so cliché!

Tune wished that he wouldn't be late, after all what would that put out to the world, "Tune's a idiot, who doesn't know time?" Mostly likely it would turn out that way, but Tune shrugged it off, he knew what would happen, after all he had spent most of his life watching his Mom, who was a Breeder. Tune patted Pidgeot ruffled feathers, he looked at the winged-beast, and maybe one day he would have one of these.

Tune felt the flap of Pidgeot's wing, oh-no, this meant, Pidgeot was mad, and when Pidgeot was mad, that meant flips, and turns, and so many twists. Pidgeot flew upside down, Tune grasped was loosen, "Pidgeot!!!!!!!" What the heck was happening, well why is it happening to me, nonetheless, Tune gave Pidgeot a powerful, well the best he could muster up, he was upside down!

Tune growled when Pidgeot flipped over, luckily nothing flew out of Tune's backpack, he sighed heavily, Pidgeot cawed, scary away other bird type Pokemon, which were also in flight, this bird was mean.

" Man, Pidgeot, clearly you weren't*t the right choice!" Tune muttered half to himself, looking down at the ground he saw the Sinnoh region, and how much of it he had covered he would be late. They had just pasted Florama Town, they would be in Twinleaf Town in no time, Tune thought of something, he needed to go to Sandgem Town, ugh Pidgeot wasn't going to obey him, so now he would have to walk a mile.

Tune notice that they were going down, and fast, Pidgeot wouldn't be slowing down, Pidgeot was used to speeding things up, this Pokemon was too used to battles, and not flight, that was for sure. Tune screamed as a branch flew his way, there was a young Trainer throwing things at Pidgeot, and Pidgeot didn't like that one bit, so Pidgeot was getting revenge, it's beck opened wide, a light formed inside.

Hyper Beam.

"Watch out!" Tune screamed, he was to far up for them to here his cry; they snickered among themselves, before the beam blasted down upon them. Three fried figures stood in place Pidgeot swooped down over them, and sailed on, I shrugged, I felt sorry for them.

Tune kept his head down low, they were traveling through trees, and bushes, didn't Pidgeot know that he was still on it's back. The boy sighed, and felt them slowing down, obviously he had made it into Twinleaf Town, not the place he wanted, but Pidgeot wouldn't take him.

Pidgeot flew upside down; causing Tune to drop in the grass right underneath him, with a caw, Pidgeot took to the sky, and left him. Tune groaned, his butt hit, Pidgeot was so aggressive, and hopefully his starter Pokemon wouldn't be like that.

Tune got up, and started to itch, stupid grass, then he spotted a Starly, those things were evil! Picking up his backpack, Tune jumped up, and dashed towards Sandgem Town. He tripped over a Bidoof, and fell on top of another Trainer.
"Sorry!"

Tune dashed through Sandgem Town into the Professor's Office, who was this one, oh yes, Professor Rowan, that was it! Tune looked back, and sighed, he notice the Professor was looking at him strangely. Then Tune looked all around, everybody else had already left, he sighed, stupid Pidgeot, always getting him late.

"You're late, Tune, was it?" The Professor asked, he picked up a Pokeball, and handed it to Tune, and then got up, picked out a Pokedex, and some items for his backpack, including five PokeBalls. " Route 202 is ahead, you should catch up with the rest, they left about five-ten minutes ago," Rowan stated, then got back to work, Tune nodded his thanks, and slid out the building.

Releasing the Pokemon in some, he looked down at it, "A Piplup, a girl Piplup, I'll call you Entera, I stop by, and got you this," Tune reached in his backpack, grabbing a bow, it was a green one, with brown tips, and placed it own his Pokemon. " Sorry I get a girly one, once we get one the rode," Tune said as he patted the penguin's head, and she nodded, "Pip-Piplup!"

Vanessa and Aipom, who was still perched upon her shoulder like a hawk, rushed toward the exit of Rowan's lab. This was it, once she pushed those doors open and stepped outside, she would officially be a Pokemon trainer and adventurer. Just a few more feet now. Her arms stretched for the door knobs and—

"Vanessa, wait!"

The sound of Rowan's voice made Vanessa stop right in her tracks. Reluctantly, she released a sigh and pulled her hand away from the knob.

"Vanessa, do you even know where to go?" he asked with his arms crossed.

"Err... not exactly..."

"Hmph... Route 202. From that point on you will be entwined in the world of Pokemon, coming across Pokemon and rival trainers alike. Are you—."

"Yada yada yada, yes, I'm ready! Thanks for everything!" Before Rowan could let out another word, Vanessa turned around and exited the building.

After noticing that her father had long since left— probably on a business call— the new trainer took a right down the corner and started her walk to the next route.

"Are you tired Aipom?" Vanessa asked as she played with the Pokemon's oddly shaped tail.

"Aipom Aipo!" the purple chimp responded with a shake of his head. His trainer nodded in approval and the two continued on.

Finally they came upon a large sign at the end of Sandgem Town, which read: You are now leaving Sandgem Town and entering Route 202. Beware of wild Pokemon. Ironically, as soon as Vanessa read the last few words, a small Pokemon walked out of the tall grass, not to far ahead. It looked beaver-like with its two buck teeth, and it fashioned fluffy, brown fur. At the sight of the Bidoof, Aipom hopped off of his trainer's shoulder like some kind of acrobat and landed squarely on the ground, anxious for a fight.

"Wait Aipom, don't attack that Pokemon!" The chimp looked up at his trainer in confusion. "Well... look at it, it's hideous. I'm not wasting any pokeballs on that thing!"

At that moment, a bird-like Pokemon shot out of the bushes and charged at the Bidoof. Luckily, the beaver dodged the attack at the last minute and disappeared into the tall grass. Vanessa eyed the Starly intensely and her lips formed a sly smile.

"Yes, that one! It's so pretty. Aipom, go get it!" With the unclear order, Aipom simply charged at the Starling Pokemon, unsure about which attack to use. Noticing its advantage against a beginning trainer, the Starly stood its ground. As the purple chimp neared his target, the small bird extended a wing and smacked its opponent right across the face. Aipom fell to the ground, cringing in pain.

"Aipom! Sorry, that was my fault. Okay, this time use Sand Attack!"

Now with a clear attack order, Aipom struggled back to its feet and glared at his opponent. The Starly held it head high proudly, believing the battle to be an easy one. A big mistake, on its part. Without warning, Aipom jumped in the air and kicked up a large amount of dust with his tail, sending it toward the unsuspecting Pokemon. The attack did what it was meant to do, as the dust entered Starly's eyes, temporarily blinding the Pokemon. Or did it?

"While it's defenseless, use Scratch!" Once again the chimp charged at his opponent, positive that he had blinded the Pokemon. But at the last minute, Starly opened its eyes— fully able to see thanks to its Keen Eye— and Tackled Aipom to the ground. However, Aipom refused to go down without a fight, and intelligently used its long tail to wrap up Starly.

"Now you've get him exactly where you want him. Use Scratch and go all out!" Listening intently to his trainer's order, Aipom clawed at the Starly with both hands. With both its wings held in place, the bird Pokemon couldn't do anything except wait for the assault to end. Finally, Aipom released its grip and dropped the Starly to the ground. The purple chimp was breathing hand, sweating profusely, and walked as if it was drunk.

"Nice job Aipom, I'll take you to the Pokemon Center as soon as we're done here." Vanessa quickly grabbed two pokeballs from her pocket and pushed the button on one of them, returning Aipom to his pokeball. As she drew her arm back like a baseball pitcher, the new trainer tossed her pokeball at the defeated pokemon, and watched it rattle back and forth.

Route 202, Part 1

"Isn´t it a great day today?" Violet asked from Chimchar that walked few steps ahead of her and didn´t pay any attention to its trainer. Violet sighed heavily and continued walking and was feeling sad because the way Chimchar had act. A while ago they finally arrived to the signpost that would separate Route 202 from Twinleaf town and Violet stopped to read, what was written on that signpost.

Route 202 will start from here! Beware wild pokémons...

"Beware wild pokémons?! I came here to train, not to be afraid of some weak pokémons!" she said and continued walking but Chimchar started to observe that signpost. It took few minutes to scratch all the moss away but it was worth of it because behind of all that junk Chimchar was able to see the end of the sentence.

Beware wild pokémons that move in big groups!

Chimchar ran over to Violet and tried to get her get back to read that signpost again but Violet refused to get back, after all she had walked quite much. Chimchar jumped at Violet´s shoulder and started to observe the surrounding forest if someone would attack against them without warning but the forest was deadly quiet. After walking a while or two Chimcha fell asleep but almost immediately woke up when something made it drop down. It was a Bidoof that had attacked behind Violet and caused both Violet and Chimchar to fell down but this one was really strong. Violet quickly stood up and she was really angry but managed to control her anger and started to look the quilty and saw it almost immediately. Instead of fleeing, Violet was really excited and shouted out loud: "Look at that! How strong and feisty that Bidoof is! I truly want it and no one can stop me!" and accepted the challenge that Bidoof had thrown at her.

"Go Chimchar!" Violet shouted and furiously began battling. Unfortunately the battle wasn´t that easy because Bidoof was extremely powerful and its Tackle made some mature damage at Chimchar when it hasn´t lost energy at all. Violet didn´t give up and neither did Chimchar and every single attack that hit it made it stronger and stronger. "Use Scratch and try to dodge its attacks!" Violet yelled and Chimchar managed to hit Bidoof critically but that Bidoof was as stubborn as Chimchar and Violet and that made Violet feel more excited about it. "Use Leer to weaken its attack power and dodge its attacks as much as possible!" she shouted and tried to focus but every thing that she had tought at that day rose up on her mind and she lost her attention.

Chimchar was in trouble and Violet didn´t see it. Suddenly Violet woke up from her trance and screamed: "Use that Scratch when it is very close to you! Remember to use all your powers!" and Chimchar dodged easily Bidoof´s attack. It waited until Bidoof was enough close and used Scratch with all powers that it had left. Bidoof flew over and fainted immediately and Violet threw a pokéball at it. At that moment Chimchar fell on the ground and started to nap. Violet took Chimchar on her arms and looked how that pokéball shook from side to side and how red light flashed over and over again. She wasn´t sure at all if she would catch Bidoof or not but she was extremely proud of her Chimchar.

Chapter 1: Adventure Start!
"Feraligatr use Hydro Pump!" Bobby cried. The Big Jaw Pokemon shot a blast of water right between the eyes of the oppenents Charizard. As the Charizard fell unconcious Bobby lept for joy. "Allright now thats what im talking about!" Water continued to drip out of Feraligatr's mouth. "OK Feraligatr your good. You can stop" Bobby said. However the water kept coming.

"Bathroom!" Bobby cried out as the dripping had caused him to wake up from his awsome dream. Stepping out a few minutes later Bobby muttered, "Too bad that dream wasn't real..."

As he began to make breakfast his mom wandered downstairs. "What are you still doing here?!" She yelled, "Your supposed to be getting your Pokemon right now!"

"OH CRAP!" Bobby yelled. He grabbed a waffle and his backpack and ran towards Sandgem Town, making sure to avoid wild pokemon.

Bobby burst into the lab out of breath with the waffle tightly in his hand. "Glad of you to join us." and intimidating old man said. "My name is Prof. Rowan and this is your new partner." Rowan said as he released a teal colored roly-poly pokemon. "Here use this Pokedex to find out about it!" Rowan said as he handed Bobby a red box like device.

Pointing it at the Pokemon the box came to life. "Munchlax, the Big Eater Pokemon," it said in a cool female voice, "It wolfs down its weight in food once a day, swallowing food whole with almost no chewing."

As if to prove the Pokedex's point Munchlax jumped in the air and snatched Bobby's waffle throwing it down his throut. "Well there went breakfast..." Bobby muttered.

As he turned to leave with his new partner Rowan gave Bobby 5 Pokeballs. "Those are to catch more pokemon." He explained. Wishing them good luck, Bobby and his new partner, Munchlax, made their way out to Route 202

Chapter 2: The Shinx Squad!
Bobby and Munchlax left Sandgem Town and headed out towards Route 202. "How did you enjoy that waffle?" Bobby asked glumly as his stomach growled at him.

"Munch." Bobby's new partner said. Munchlax wasn't much for talking. He preferred instead to seek the company of his own thoughts.

As the duo wandered into a patch of tall grass, a group of Starly burst through the grass and took flight into the clear blue sky. "Wow!" Bobby exclaimed at the pretty sight. Munchlax wasn't taken in. He was more interested at the glowing yellow eyes glaring at them from the bush where the Starling Pokémon had previously been…

The Scout Shinx trembled. It was his job to flush out the prey at the opportune moment, but this stupid human and his Munchlax came along and ruined everything! Now he would receive another beating for screwing up yet again, another mission. With a sigh, the Shinx scout ran back to the Pack Leader.

"What the hell was that all about?!" The Pack Leader, a Luxio, yelled. "You scared the Starly off too soon!"

"I'm sorry Pack Leader but you see there was this human and his Munchlax..." the poor Shinx began.

"Enough! I don't want to hear your excuses..." The Luxio said with a hint of menace.

Suddenly another Shinx came running up. "Sir!" he began, "The Scouts have spotted a human and a Munchlax headed this way!"

The Pack Leader threw the Scout Shinx that was in trouble a dirty look. "Looks like you're off the hook....for now." he said. "Now we need a plan to get rid of this...human infestation." Many ideas were put forth but none met the Pack Leaders standards. He only picked ideas that he made himself. "I have an idea!" he said turning to the Shinx that messed up. "Since you were supposed to scare the Starly off you will be bait!"

"What?!" the Scout Shinx said in fear. The idea of being bait didn't appeal to him.

"Don't worry! All you have to do is infiltrate the human's group and make it drop its guard." the Pack Leader said soothingly. "And when it does, we'll have a feast tonight!" As he was saying this the Pack Leaders eyes began to get bigger and bigger at the thought of the kill.

The Scout Shinx had his usual doubts the Pack Leader he was far too timid to speak out against the pack. So with a sigh he walked off, getting in position…

As Bobby and Munchlax continued along a huge rumble was heard. "Munch." Munchlax said as sat down.

"Munchlax what's wrong?" Bobby asked impatiently. He wanted to get to Jubilife City before nightfall. Again the huge rumble was heard. It appeared to be coming from Munchlax. "You have to be kidding me…" Bobby muttered. "You're hungry?" Bobby threw down his backpack and took out 2 sandwiches.

"Shinx…." A voice said. Whipping around, Bobby looked down the path to see the origin of the voice, while Munchlax was more interested in Bobby's sandwich while he wasn't looking. Emerging from the bushes came a blue cat like Pokémon. It looked hurt.

"What is that?" Bobby asked as he whipped out his Pokédex. "Shinx the Flash Pokémon," the cool female voice said. "All of its fur dazzles if danger is sensed. It flees while the foe is momentarily blinded."
Putting the Pokédex away, Bobby noticed that the Shinx looked hungry. Rushing to its aid, Bobby picked up the Shinx and began to try to take care of its injuries. A guilty look was on the face of the Shinx if only for a second. That second was long enough for Munchlax though. Logging that information away, Munchlax turned his attention back towards Bobby's sandwich.

Soon Bobby had a fine meal spread out in front of the Shinx, who had tears in its eyes. He had never had so much food in front of him nor someone who treated his so nicely. In the pack he was usually given the remains of whatever was left, if there were any. He was also constantly the butt of everyone's jokes and scorn. But here was this human giving him food and showing him kindness. A storm of emotions were playing through the Shinx at this point. He liked the human but he had a loyalty to the pack.

Meanwhile in the bushes the Luxio said "All right now's the time. Go!" The Shinx pack streamed out of every known hiding spot. They began to rush in catching Bobby and Munchlax by surprise. As they rushed past the Shinx in Bobby's care, some knocked it down and out of the way and said "Outa the way hair ball!"

Hearing this made Shinx realize something. The pack didn't give a rat's ass about him. The human, Bobby, on the other hand did and he didn't even know anything about Shinx. Making up his mind, Shinx leapt to Bobby aid.

Bobby was confused. Why were these Shinx attacking him? Suddenly, the Shinx he had been taking care of leapt in front of him. Tackling the closest Shinx the one he had been taking care of looked at him and growled. Understanding that the Shinx was awaiting orders from him, Bobby turned to face the battle. "Munchlax use Defense Curl!" Bobby cried. Munchlax basically ate his legs as he turned into a round ball. "Now Shinx use Tackle on Munchlax!" Shinx seemed confused as to why Bobby wanted Munchlax hurt, but didn't question the order. Charging forward with all his might Shinx Tackled Munchlax who went through 3 Shinx and hit a tree. But instead of stopping Munchlax's immense belly made it bounce off the tree and continue his tyraid against the Shinx. Using a pinball like motion, Munchlax soon ended the attack of the Shinx.

Bobby looked to Shinx. "Since you helped us during the battle how would you like to come with us?" he asked. Tears began to form in Shinx's eyes and he leapt into Bobby's arms. "I'll take that as a yes!" Bobby said with a laugh. Taking out a Pokéball and tapping Shinx's forehead with it. Shinx disappeared in a flash of red light. With Shinx safetly in a Pokéball, Bobby and Munchlax continued down Route 202.

In the bushes nearby the former Pack Leader watched Shinx leave. "You will pay for your betrayal Shinx…" he said ominously.

@Zimvee: That was a good post. You befriended a level 3 female Shinx.

@Everyone: There seems to be a lack of support in this RP, I'm asking you guys to post at least once a day,(unless you're on vacation.) because if this keeps up, this RP will die. Oh, and I will post Jubilife City when two trainers get past 202. And When four get past 202, I will post the event.

Rival´s showdown!

"What a great day today is, Bidoof!" Violet shouted and looked at her Bidoof who was walking just few steps ahead of her and continued walking when in the mean time her Chimchar was jumping from tree to tree and eating fresh and delicious fruits. Sun was shining brightly and heating up the air and driving wild pokémons away from their hides. Starlys and Staravias were flying above the woods and searching for prey, Kricketots were eating fruits, Shinxs were playing with each others and Bidoofs were sleepind under the trees. Violet wasn´t interested of these wild pokémons as she was searching a skilled and strong trainer.

After walking a while or two Violet spotted a grassy meadow which was full of wild pokémons. She sat down with her pokémons and took some apples from her bag and handed over them to her pokémons. Violet watched how Staravias and Starlys were sleeping in trees and some Shinxs were playing in the tall grass and took her water bottle and drank a bit. Then she spotted something across the meadow and stood quickly up. It was a trainer and he had two pokémons with him and Violet decided to look closer who he was.

She left walking trough the meadow and few minutes later Violet and her pokémons were able to see this trainer. "Is it truly you Aléx?!" Violet shouted and rran over to see closer and it truly was Aléx, Violet´s rival who had always teased her. "What are you doing in here?" Aléx asked and she was surprised to see Violet but recovered quickly. "I started my own pokémon journey just this morning!" she said and smiled gently and continued: "Is this you Starly and Piplup?" Violet asked and Chimchar jumped at her shoulder and started to stare Piplup. "Yes it is. I got it from my father as a gift and this Starly I just caught." Aléx said smiled coldly.

"It is very cute!" Violet said and started to walk with Aléx. "Where are you going now?" Violet asked and continued before Aléx even reached to answer: "I am on my way to Jubilife city!" and smiled but Aléx started to look really angry. Violet kept talking and walking and didn´t pay any attention to Aléx who was almost boiling and then he screamed: "Be quiet, please! I can´t stand you anymore!" and Violet was shocked as she thought that Aléx would be nicer to her. "What´s wrong?" Violet asked but everything that she said just made Aléx angrier and he shouted: "We are rivals not friends and I challenge you!"

"Well I accept your challenge but don´t cry after I´ve beaten you!" Violet shouted and called both Bidoof and Chimchar to battle when Aléx send his Piplup and Starly. "Use Scratch against that Piplup, Chimchar and use Tackle against that Starly, Bidoof!" she yelled and furiously commanded her pokémons to attack. Bidoof attacked with Tackle and so did Starly but Bidoof´s attack was stronger. Chimchar used Scratch but got hitted by Piplup´s Pound and flew towards a tree. Aléx was angry and didn´t think clearly and accidentally gave Violet change to hit. "Use Scratch against that Starly and you Bidoof, use Tackle!" she shouted and both the attacks managed to hit and Starly faint almost immediately.

Suddenly Piplup used Bubble and Chimchar was in trouble as it was fire pokémon and it was weak to water-type attacks. "Use your Tackle once more, Bidoof! Dodge those bubbles, Chimchar!" Violet yelled and when Bidoof´s attack hit at Piplup it fell over and the bubbles flew in the air. They crashed towards Piplup itself which made it faint and Violet won. Aléx called his pokémons back to their pokéballs and ran away before Violet managed to say anything. Violet started to walk with her pokémons and she was happy but in the same time she was sad for Aléx.

"Eddy, we've made it."

Ash, a teenage girl, was looking down at her younger brother who was fiddling with his hands without a care in the world.

"Who cares," he responded coldly. "What makes you think this place will be any different from the rest. We have traveled through almost the whole region without any luck. This place won't be any different."

"Aw, come on, little bro, have a little faith," Ash said, while patting her little brother's head. She walked through the gates of the town, past a sign that read: Welcome to Sandgem. Eddy followed, with his arms crossed and his head down, making only the red, red hair on his head visible.Ash knew he had given up, but she wasn't going to give on them. She didn't plan on running away from home and then giving up after only being in Sinnoh for less than a year.

"Eddy, we need to get Riolu something to eat," Ash said.

Eddy sighed in response. "Fine, but we do not have a lot of money left. We've almost spent all that money you saved and haven't even settled in anywhere yet."

"Don't worry," responded Ash. "We don't need to spend any money if this turns out right." She winked at her brother and walked more into the city. Eddy brought his head up and looked towards his sister confused, but then followed close behind her.

Ash walked through the town until she came to the town supermarket. Before walking inside, she pulled out a pokeball and clicked the center of it. A burst of red light slowly formed into a shape until it was a pokemon that was left. It was small and blue, with a long tail and a soft face.

"Okay, Riolu, its time to put what we've been talking about in action. You know the plan, right?" Ash's pokemon nodded. Ash smiled and patted her pokemon on the head before walking into the market, leaving her pokemon behind.

"Help me find an aisle with some good food," Ash said to Eddy while scavenging the store.

"I don't think it's a good idea to use Riolu to steal food," Eddy said uncomfortably.

"Shut up," Ash hissed at her younger brother. "Want everyone to know? Let's wait here for the signal." Eddy sighed and sat down and waited for the so-called "signal."

Ash waited patiently until she heard a loud cry throughout the store. "Riooooolu!" shouted the source. People began to run towards the front of the store to investigate. Smiling, Ash punched Eddy on the shoulder and began to mess with the food on the shelves. "Open your bag up, now," she ordered. Normally, Ash wasn't a shoplifter, but if it meant eating or starving, she was all for it.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Eddy asked his older sister who was piling his bag with food.

Ash stopped what she was doing and turned around to look at him. "Do you want to eat tonight?" she asked. Eddy sighed and gave in to his sister, letting her continue to fill his bag with different foods.

Back at Riolu…

Riolu stepped into the store through the front doors and had what Ash said to him just recently in his head. After stepping in, he cried out really loud to get everyone's attention. Everyone came running and stared at the little pokemon standing in the doorway.

One person pointed at Riolu. "Aww, look how cute it is! I can't believe a rare pokemon like that would just step into a store like this! I'm going to catch it!"

"Not if I get it first!" shouted another person.

Soon, there was a big commotion at the front of the store as everyone fought over who was going to catch the already caught Riolu. Riolu danced around their grabbing hands, biting some time for Ash.

Back at Ash…

"Okay, we've almost have enough," Ash said. She pulled out two loafs of bread from the shelve and was preparing to turn around when she heard a voice behind her and Eddy.

"What are you doing?"

Ash's face turned pale, and she almost dropped the food in her hands. She quickly placed it back on the shelf and whirled around, trying to act natural. She was facing a man who looked to be in about his sixties, with a white hair and mustache, and a nice outfit on.

"Oh, just looking at the bread here," Ash said with a huge, fake smile.

"I see…" said the man looking at Eddy holding the bag of food. He frowned and walked over to Ash. "Why are you doing this?" he asked.

Ash looked down at her feet. She knew that she had been caught and almost felt a little guilty now. "I don't like to steal things," she said. "It's just that we don't have any food, any money, and no way to get money. We had no choice."

The man frowned and looked at Ash intensely. "You always have the choice whether to steal or not," he said somewhat coldly. "Neither you or your brother seem to have a real direction in life."

Ash grabbed the bag of food from Eddy and unzipped it to unload the contents. "I understand," she mumbled.

The man paused for a moment, but then grabbed the bag from Ash. "Here, I'll buy these things for you as long as you don't steal again," he said.

"I won't," Ash said. She couldn't exactly say the words "I promise" because she didn't.

The three walked up to the front of the store where the Riolu scene was taking place. Ash ran forward and cut through the crowd. "Riolu, there you are," Ash exclaimed like she had lost her pokemon. Riolu leaped into her arms. The people looked at her shocked, but then moped back into the store to continue their business.

The man bought the food and handed the bag back over to Eddy. "If you don't mind, I would like for you two to come back to my home with me."

Ash thought for a second. She figured the man deserved it after the generous thing he had just done for them. Ash and Eddy followed the man out of the store and through the small town until they came upon a gigantic building that looked much too big to be an average home.

"This is your home?" Eddy asked. The man didn't respond. Instead, he lead the two inside. Ash soon found herself not to be in an average home, but in a laboratory. The man stopped and turned to face the two.

"I would like to introduce myself," he said. "I'm Professor Rowan, expert on the Sinnoh region. I would like for you to do something special for me," he said.

So he's a professor, Ash thought. "What is this "favor?"" she asked the professor.

"In order to learn everything about pokemon, I need as much data as possible on them. I would like your help with doing that." Rowan shoved something into Ash's hand. It was a small mechanical red box. "This is a pokedex," he explained. "It records data on pokemon you've seen or caught. I would like for you to record as much data as possible. But, don't feel limited to only doing this." He also handed Ash five miniature pokeballs. "Along with this, you should challenge the Sinnoh League. Travel around the world and battle against gym leaders to earn badges from them. Use these pokeballs to capture wild pokemon to build, and make your pokemon team, larger and stronger."

Ash took the things and placed them in her pockets. She had heard about the Sinnoh League and just realized that it could be the right thing for her and her little brother. This could be the right thing to put them both on the right path. "I'll do it," Ash declared with a smile.

They both left the lab after a few minutes. Ash left with a new challenge and new hopes that this could be the turn of Ash and Eddy's life. Ash never felt so tall as she walked towards the first route and the beginning of a new adventure.

Ooc: Sorry for kind of straying off track. I was trying to think of a creative way to Ash to meet the professor sine she was kind of late.
