Ruby hack: Pokemon Golden Ruby

Hello everyone! This is an another hack from me and I have worked hard for this. I know I am just a beginner hacker and I gave my best for this. I know there are not too much tools for Ruby so that was really hard. If anyone encounters a bug then please tell me about that.

- Mewtwo (Sealed Chamber) Lv70
- Kyrogue (Underwater) Lv45
Note: No more 'setmaptile' script this means the Regi trio is easily catchable without doing a specific movement

- Southern Island is easily accessible
- Starters are now Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Charmander
- More than one master ball in the gameplay
- Wild Pokemon are diffrent now
- More features that I forgot to list
