Pokemon Hacking Team

hey, i haven't been on for a while.
my parents have been keeping me off the computer as much as they possibly can, so i haven't really had that much time on it.
for the moment i have the route and the 1st level of the cave done, and half the 2nd level of the cave. i shall post pics up here soon. =D

hmm, i thought it was pretty good. but the only downside was the colours, not blue :P and the outlining.
it would look better if it had a more defining outline, but other than that it's great. kudos to you my friend ^_^

That's pretty good, did you sent it with the event file on the account? or are you not done?

What are you talking about? You can't make a hack based on other people's idea without their permission, when you help me with something, I will give you credit, that's about it.

I haven't quite finished yet. I am still working on some tweaks to make sure it's really good. :P
how's the scripting going?

seems some people really have no idea about originality :P
mattsusie1, this is our hack. you might want to do something similar, but we got here first. oh and if you're trying to upload a complete rom, that's illegal :P

Sorrry, I didn't mean a hack based on it, I mean't I wanted to do more sprites, for pokemon police, (I was half asleep),

G.K.S, I didn't mean what I said, these things contributed to this:
1. I was half asleep
2. Look at one.
3. look at four
4. I was, and still am, all caffeinated!

I think you'll know what the password is *hint hint*

I think it would be better if the big cave came later, with HM puzzles in it. i think a smaller one would be better early on in the game. what do you think?

Thank you for that cave, anyway I put in a new script today (involves movement and item giving) and it works just fine.

cool! i could never get mine to work. but again, XSE is a totally different ball game to poketscript. meh. still cool!

In the script, a police officer blocks you way from the first route until an event has taken place, after that, he moves out of the way and gives you a potion as a gift from a fellow officer. Pretty simple.

pretty simple, but pretty cool. does it also hide him after the event has taken place, so that you don't see him again, or haven't you got that far?

I don't need him to disapper, he is blocking the way out until an event takes place, then he moves and gives you and item only once, then he just stands by and says "Good luck."

I started a new thread for the hack, it is in the scrapbox for the moment, but I PMed a mod and asked him to move it to the hack showcase.

sorry i haven't been on for a while, my parents have been doing everything they possibly can to keep me off the computer, which is quite depressing :\
I have had a look at the showcase thread, and it's looking like it's getting some good support. and i hear we finally got a spriter, so it should be nice to see some work from them.
on the mapping front, i haven't really been on the computer so i haven't really had much time for mapping.
when you're on your holiday or whatever it is, i will try and make the cave plus a random compilation of maps, which you can insert wherever suits them best.

Yeah, well now I'm really not gonna have that much time, school's starting up again. =/
I really wish I could stay on, but school is more important, though I might be able to get on on the occasional weekend, but not as much.
I wish I could do more, but that's just the way it is I guess. I can still come and fix up maps and stuff, but I won't be able to do the base stuff.
I'll just go back to a normal mapper as I won't have that much time, but is you wanna keep me as lead then feel free.

Hey guys, I finally managed to get online for once. Just so you know, during september, about the 21st, i will start getting back on.
I will finally be able to hack again! (School hols)
I will also need the patch and stuff again, because I had to delete eveything non-school related, which sux.
If any progress has been made recently, would you be able to post it?

I'm back from my vaction, but the beta is not ready yet, it will take longer. I was in India (my birthplace) for almost 2 months.
