Pokemon: Hope (PG 14)

(OCC: also in your bag U. n. Owen has left each person a Pokemon that will help in the future. Lilith's for example is a Houndoom, a pokemon that will refuse to go into his pokeball and take the job of Lilith's guard dog)

Lilith blushed when Yoshi kissed her cheek but smiled softly grabbing the bag with her name on it she covered Yoshi up and kissed his forehead "I love you" she whispered before leaving the cabin with Nixie. "Alright girl lets train" she said spotting a wild Flareon. "Nixie use aqua jet!" she ordered. Nixie lunged forward surrounded by water tackling the Flareon who in turn bit her. Nixie glared holding her right paw before she tackled the Flareon without command. This went on for some time until finally the Flareon fainted and Nixie looked about to faint. Lilith watched a smile on her face as Nixie glowed white and grew a little bigger as she evolved, right after she did though she fainted from exhaustion. Lilith smiled returning her and going back to the cabin healing Nixie before opening her bag emptying it into her hand. A pokeball fell out. "What's this" Lilith whispered opening the note. Lilith, may this Houndoom be there to protect you and your friends throughout your journey. U. n. Owen she read it silently about five times before she tossed the Pokeball into the air. "Houndoom!" the Pokemon exclaimed loudly.
 
Yoshi woke up with a start as he heard the Pokemon Houndoom. He jumped out of bed and saw Lilith right next to it. "oh, its okay." Yoshi said as he reached into his bag and felt something round. "hmm?" he said as he picked up the note along side the Pokeball. Yoshi, This Tauros will help you along your adventure. It will also help you take down team rocket. "Okay then" Yoshi said as he let the Pokemon out of the Pokeball. It landed with a thud and said "Tauros!" Before spotting the Houndoom and grunting.
 
Lilith smiled calling Nixie back out "She evolved" Lilith said happily going to Yoshi's side as she looked at her new Houndoom and his Tauros. "My note said that Houndoom is a guard dog to protect me and my friends" she said holding onto his arm with a smile on her face.
 
He was surprised to hear the Houndoom growl at him. As it jumped at him Umbreon woke up and tackled the Houndoom to the ground. "what the?!?!" Yoshi said as Umbreon wrestled the Houndoom to the ground. "Lilith, I think your Houndoom is a little over protective of you. Also, cool Nixie finally evolved :)" Yoshi said getting off topic of the Houndoom being a little over protective. "but This Tauros is very familiar." Yoshi began to say looking back at his memorys he remembered this Tauros being back on his grandpas farm and him always taking care of it. He also remembered grooming it with a brush. He took out the brush from his bookbag and brushed it down the Tauros's side to see if he would get the same reaction like he did with the Tauros he knew. He did. The Tauros laid down on the floor as Yoshi began to groom him with the brush. Umbreon looked at Yoshi and Yoshi scratched him behind his ear. "Don't worry boy you both will be treated the same" Yoshi said to Umbreon. Yoshi turned to Lilith. "I remember this Tauros from a long time ago. Do you remember that Houndoom from a long time ago. Because it seems like it would belong to your father for it being over protective." Yoshi said sitting down on his bed.
 
Lilith sat next to Yoshi when he sat down thinking back to when she was younger. Her father had in fact had a Houndoom named Duke that was fiercely over protective of her. Her eyes filled with tears "Duke belonged to my father. When my dad died he disappeared" she whispered resting her head on Yoshi's shoulder. When she did that Duke looked up and growled at Yoshi again. "It's okay, the two people that are with me are my friends. I'm safe with them" she said not moving and she smiled when Duke simply nodded before laying at her feet. Nixie smiled seeing Snivs still sleeping she went over to him and with a small giggle tickled his side to wake him.
 
Natalie pocketed the camera and stood up to follow Yoshi and Lilith. They went all the way to Rustboro. Natalie stayed quiet the whole time, almost as if she weren't there with them. When they made it to the cabin, Natalie picked up the bag with her name on it. The first thing she noticed was a pokéball with a note on it, which read, I hope this Shelgon can provide good protection for you on your journey. Natalie smiled. I really doubt they actually gave me a Shelgon, she thought. She tossed the pokéball, and out came a Shelgon. "Shel!" it said. Natalie stared at it and then looked at Lilith. "How is it possible to keep him? I already have six Pokémon," she said.
 
Snivs started giggling and fell off the bed onto his face. "owwwww" He replied to Nixie as he fell to the floor. He got up and saw Nixie had evolved. "You look even more cuter then before" he said while smiling. He hugged and he didn't know what came over him but he kissed her. Yoshi put his arms around Lilith as Tauros came face to face with the Houndoom. Yoshi looked around and thought (how does U.n. Owen know about our pass. How long has he been planning this?) Yoshi thought silently knowing Lilith could hear him. He realized he just missed The two Pokemon kiss again and said "Dang it i cant get lucky just once DX." He then looked up at the sun roof and saw a shadow that wasn't a rockets shadow. Someone was watching them. He remembered he was still wearing the rocket uniform and went into the bathroom to change. Tomorrow he was going to have the help of his friends and take back Rustboro. He was going to save a city and find out more about U.n. Owen. He came back into the room with some regular clothes on and sat down on the bed again. He said "Night" To both Lilith and Natalie and kissed Lilith on the cheek and laid down on the bed thinking about getting more answers tomorrow.
 
"Well...i think he wants us to have whatever Pokemon he gave us from our pasts with us. So one Pokemon will probably have to go to the PC" Lilith said standing and going into the bathroom changing out of the team rocket uniform still blushing from when Yoshi kissed her cheek. She yawned coming back out dressed in her normal clothes. "Night Natalie" she said and didn't even realize she did this she laid down next to Yoshi and quickly fell asleep.Nixie blushed "I love you" she whispered before kissing him again pouring all the love she held for him into that light kiss.

Yoshi before going to sleep made a necklace prototype that could allow a person to hold 7 pokemon instead of just the average 6. He looked at Natalie and said "Here, You look like you need this." He said handing her the Necklace as the Necklace glowed the shelgons pokeball teleported to the necklace. "It works" He smiled thinking of how many trainers this could help. But it still was in the beta phase. It needed to work longer then a minute. He waited for Natalie to reply before going to bed.
 
Natalie thought for a moment. I'll send Sunday to mother. She nodded to Lilith and walked outside the cabin, the area around it pitch black. Aero followed her, his tail flame glimmering in the shadows. Natalie took out her phone and hesitated for a moment. She tossed Sunday's pokéball and Sunday barked in joy. "Sunday... I have too many Pokémon here with me," Natalie started, gathering her words. "It's dangerous here, and I wanted to ask if you would accept living with my mother."
Sunday tilted her head. Natalie continued, "We have a big mansion. Many acres of land," she grinned, remembering how big the old place was. "Mother can be hard to get along with, but she's... a good person," Natalie said, remembering something that happened when she was a child. "Would you accept?"
Sunday seemed happy and barked. Natalie chuckled. "There's a very nice Growlithe that lives near there, he gets along with everyone," she told her. "I can take you there tomorrow morning." Sunday smiled at Aero, who smiled back. Natalie took her phone out again, and dialed her own number. "Hello?" her mom asked. "It's Nat--" Natalie began to say before being interrupted. "OH NATALIE! HI!" her mom shouted. Natalie frowned and almost hung up, regretting calling her mom. Sunday growled and Natalie held the phone back up to her ear. "I caught you a Pokémon, and I'm bringing her to you tomorrow," Natalie said and hung up before getting a response. "Return," she said, calling Sunday back into her pokéball. She nodded a "let's go" nod to Aero and they went back into the cabin. Natalie dropped onto her bed, her Rocket hat falling off and landing on the floor.
Yoshi gave her a necklace that could hold another Pokémon. The Shelgon went into it. After a minute, the Shelgon returned out. "It's a prototype?" Natalie asked him. "Thanks, but I'm already giving Sunday... to someone," she said, not wanting to mention "mother" again.
 
"Let me guess your mom?" Yoshi said trying to make it as a joke. Umbreon starred with one eye open at Nixie and Snivs. He felt like a guardian that was created to guard these two from trouble. He smiled but that smiled faded when he remembered his days with his children. He was going to make sure if Snivs and Nixie decided to have a child, he would protect all three of them and would risk his life for them. Snivs continued the kiss until he stopped and hopped onto the bed. "Night Nixie." Snivs said to Nixie as he closed his eyes and got ready to sleep before Umbreon said they had to talk. Umbreon said everything to him that he was thinking between the two. Nixie was probably eavesdropping but he two talking didn't recall sensing her nearby. After Umbreon and Snivs were done talking Snivs said "I don't think Nixie or me would consider having kids yet. But I leave the choice out for Nixie to decide. We probably shouldn't talk about this Umbreon i know it must bring back painful memories on how your wife and kids were murdered in front of your eyes." Snivs said before walking back to his bed with Umbreon close behind and they both fell asleep. (yea Umbreons pretty old. Thats why he had children)
 
Nixie had in fact been listening to the conversation she felt sad for what happened to Umbreon and knew that she wasn't ready for kids yet. She curled up next to Snivs sleeping form falling asleep cuddled to her love. While this was going on Duke was watching them he had also seen the kisses on the cheek exchanged between Lilith and Yoshi. If she care for him i'l watch out for him too as well as the other girl. But i swear if he hurts her he's dead Duke thought falling asleep at the foot of the bed Lilith and Yoshi were on.

(Thats a sad story :( and yeah Duke will be keeping an eye on Yoshi)
 
Natalie was quiet, staring at the ceiling. She rose again and looked through the bag, finding a note. The note read,

Dear Natalie,
You are dead. You are dead and you know it. Don't continue to kid yourself. Stop trying to help the others save the world, for you are far from alive. Take this as a warning.

Natalie made a face as the note and flipped it over. The other side was blank. This can't be U.N. Owen. This makes no sense, she thought. She lowered the note and thought. I have a feeling my note was switched for another. Somebody was here. Natalie got up and pretended it never happened. She released Sneasel, Sunday, Dratini, Pikachu, and Skarmory. Aero joined the other Pokémon. "I have some food left, if you guys could kindly share it amongst yourselves," she told them, placing two bowls filled with Pokémon food. She looked at Yoshi and Lilith. "Would your Pokémon like some?"
 
(Yea it is sad :( i thought up about it not to long ago when i was thinking about Umbreon being the oldest pokemon i have. And dang it that might be the one thing standing between him and Lilith DX. Also Tauros is keeping an eye on Duke as well.)

The Tauros kept a close eye on the Houndoom making sure he wouldn't hurt Yoshi. Yoshi woke up while everyone else was sleeping and walked outside. He felt dizzy. He saw some figures moving around outside. He couldn't hold still and he went deeper into the forest during the dark night. He wandered ahead confused and dizzy. He could hear movement in the bushes just ahead. He was far away from the cabin and knew this was dangerous. But he wanted to take Team Rocket out and save the city. He made a huge mistake walking to the bushes as team rocket jumped him and beat him without mercy. He got a black eye and a bloody nose and was dragged towards the prison in Rustboro city.
 
(Duke isn't gonna stand between them...but if Yoshi does anything to hurt Lilith thats when Duke will act)

Lilith woke the next morning and saw no sight of Yoshi and quickly grew worried. "Yoshi!" she called loudly her voice worried and scared sounding waking Nixie up. Nixie took one look at her trainer and shook Snivs. "Snivs wake up! Yoshi's gone!" she said desperately trying to wake him. As Nixie did this Lilith's Pokegear rang and she answered it. (Ransom call you choose what they're taking but it has to be one of the things he cares about the most)
 
"We got your friend.... Yoshi was it? We want his......Pokemon "Friend". The one called Snivs. If you ever want to see your friend alive ever again you will have to give us Snivs... The greatest threat to Team Rockets boss." The executive said before hanging up and laughing evilly. "Looks like you'll lose your precious Snivs." The executive called Ryan said to Yoshi. "I wont allow it. Kill me. Let my Snivs go!" Yoshi yelled at Ryan. "No Yoshi A. Haruyami! You will see him brutally slaughtered! NO matter if he is in love! He will face DEATH!" Ryan yelled at him as he was punched across the face. "I wont allow it." Yoshi kept repeating before everything went dark. Snivs woke up. "Yoshi's gone! No....No.....I......I....I should of went and stopped him. If only I hadn't been careless and listened...He would be here." Snivs said silently starting to cry.
 
Natalie sat in the corner sleeping, apparently not effected by any noise around her. Aero quietly listened to Nixie and Snivs' conversation.
 
Nixie hugged Snivs tight letting him cry into her shoulder "Shh, Snivs, love it's not your fault. Not your fault" she whispered over and over again looking at Lilith over his head. She gave her trainer a confused look. Lilith's face had paled so much it looked white. I won't let him lose Snivs...I won't she thought coming up with a plan she prayed worked, she went to a spot no one could hear her and called the number back the first thing she said when Ryan answered was "Are you sure you don't want the woman he loves, the one who comes up with all the plans" the first part was true but the second a lie, luckily Ryan didn't know that.

(Lilith's showing how much she loves Yoshi by sacrificing herself to save him)
 
"hmmmm....." Ryan thought about it. "Okay we will take her instead. The one he loves. The girl that would be the perfect image for team Rocket." Ryan said. Yoshi's eyes widened. He began to kick and move as the rope became more loose. "Hold him down!" Ryan said as more Rocket grunts came in and hold him down. "Lilith!" He shouted. instead of shouting, he used telepathy (Lilith don't do it. Its a trap. Instead they will murder both of us. If you die the world will probably lose to team rocket and will be overcome by rockets. The world will be filled with evil. Please don't. I will escape tonight. The time they think you will show up for ransom. Instead they will realize they have failed and we can get the jump on them. Snivs looked up and saw Aero. "Aero, Nixie. Can you two help me get Yoshi before Team Rocket tries to get a ransom out of it?" Snivs said making sure Umbreon didn't wake up hoping to not give him bad news. "If you two help me I will be in your debt. I will help you out when ever needed." Snivs said making sure that Aero heard so that they can easily get Yoshi back undiscovered.
