Pokemon: Hope (PG 14)

Yoshi heard her thoughts. "I heard that Natalie!" Yoshi said as Rave flew down and Yoshi sat up and Rave flew threw the window. "Return Rave." Yoshi said returning rave to his Pokeball. "Whats wrong with you Natalie? You have something on your mind? You can tell us. We are your friends i see no reason why you cant tell us. Anyways we should challenge that triple gym tomorrow. We should also have a strategy for tomorrow as well. Other then that if you girls need me i'm going to take a well deserved rest." Yoshi said getting onto the top bunk. "Oh yea. Lay off the food. You guys are heavy." Yoshi said with a smirk.
 
Lilith watched with a smile on her face as Yoshi went on his tirade at Natalie. "i agree with Yoshi on having a strategy at the gym tomorrow" she said sitting on the bottom bunk. When Yoshi said to lay off the food Lilith rolled her eyes laying down. "I'm exhausted talk to you guys in the morning" she said tiredly eyes closing and right before she fell asleep she sent a telepathic message to Yoshi Sleep well, I love you. before letting sleep take her.
 
Natalie looked at Yoshi but didn't answer. She just looked at him as if everything he said when in through one of her ears and out the other. How can you hear me thinking? she asked in her mind. I'm not safe anywhere anymore, she thought to herself even though Yoshi could apparently hear.
 
I was born this way Natalie. You are safe. As a friend i vow to keep you safe. I'm not going to let anything hurt you guys. Yoshi sent to Natalie. Love you to. Hope to see you tomorrow Lilith. He sent to Lilith. He turned in his sleep thinking about what Lilith said. Saying she didn't really care about a world without him in it. He was confused. That couldn't be true. He thought to himself before waking up startled. He heard a nock at the door and saw the girls sleeping. He jumped down and opened the door. It was the three little kids he saw from earlier. "We challenge you to a battle!" They all said at once. Yoshi looked back through the window before realizing it was morning. "Wake up Lilith and Natalie. Seems the kids are early birds." Yoshi said leaning against the door looking down at the kids.
 
Natalie rubbed her forehead, stressed out. She lied back and fell asleep. The next morning, a trio of kids knocked on the door. Natalie's eyes opened and she listened. "We challenge you to a battle!" They all said at once. Yoshi looked back at the window. "Wake up Lilith and Natalie. Seems the kids are early birds." What kids? Natalie thought without moving or getting up.
 
"Wake up Lilith and Natalie. Seems the kids are early birds." Yoshi's voice broke through Lilith's peaceful sleep. She yawned opening her eyes "What" she said rubbing her eyes as she got up fixing her hair she noticed she still had his sweater on. "Do you want your sweater back" she asked walking to his side.
 
"nah you can keep it. Natalie the gym leader kids. The ones i told you about." Yoshi said as the two little girls moved to their brothers side. He smiled and said "Well are you coming or are you chicken?" The boy said making chicken noises. His sisters laughed. Yoshi could feel the heat coming off his head. "I'm not chicken and sure we would like to take you on." Yoshi said turning the boy with his eyes closed around as he banged into the wall. He giggled as the boys sisters laughed at him. "Okay i might have not been prepared for what you just did but you wont get this gym badge easily!" The boy said in excitement. Yoshi knew this was their first battle challenge in a while.
 
"Okay I might have not been prepared for what you just did, but you wont get this gym badge easily!" said one of the kids. Natalie sat up quickly and fell off the bed. Those are the gym leaders?? Natalie thought to herself. She walked over to them and looked at them. "Are you really the gym leaders?" she asked, not completely convinced.
 
Lilith smiled when Yoshi said she could keep the sweater before giggling when he turned the boy into the wall. Lilith smiled excited for the battle knowing it was gonna be fun and a challenge. Lilith smiled at the kids as she grabbed Yoshi's hand. So what's our strategy? she sent to Yoshi and Natalie.
 
well they look like they might be more offensive. If only i had Umbreon this would make things easier. Yoshi said thinking about his deceased Pokemon that he missed dearly. "Yea we are the real gym leaders!" The three kids said angrily at Natalie as they sent out their favorite Pokemon. Raichu, Jolteon, Kangashkan. These guys might be harder then we thought. Yoshi sent to both of his friends the messages he had thought of. "Seems like we have a challenge on our hands. And it doesn't involve us chasing Team Rocket or being shot at." Yoshi said in a serious joking way.

Lilith looked at him and squeezed his hand as a way of telling him that everything would be okay as the kids sent out Raichu, Jolteon, Kangashkan. I'm gonna use Duke in this fight and see how he does she sent to her friends as she nodded and her Houndoom stepped forward.
 
Well they look like they might be more offensive. If only I had Umbreon this would make things easier. These guys might be harder then we thought. Yoshi said in a telepathic message. I'll use Dragonair since she has good speed and can resist the electric attacks, Natalie thought.
 
Okay we got a plan going here. Lets do this! Yoshi sent them turning to the kids again. "We are ready now." The kids took the lead. Yoshi walked in the middle of Natalie and Lilith. After about 15 minutes the power went out. "Oh crap..." Yoshi said as he tried all the doors. "There locked." Yoshi said sitting against the wall waiting for the black out to end. The kids sat against the wall angry. "we thought this would be a fun day." they muttered loud enough for Yoshi and Natalie to hear. "Same here." Yoshi muttered.
 
Lilith sat next to Yoshi and rested her head on his shoulder "I have a bad feeling" she whispered really not liking the fact that the power had gone out and all the doors were locked. Duke shook his head and used Ember the flame lightning up the space so they could see each other as he sat next to Lilith. "Good Job Duke"
 
"Thanks Duke" Yoshi said petting Duke then feeding him a treat. Do you wonder anything about me? Cause i do about you. Yoshi sent to Lilith alone. He starred around before standing up. "wait here." He started jogging down the hallway when he heard something crash through the window. "SLEEPING GAS Run..................." Yoshi said as he collapsed to the floor and people with gas masks dragged him out. (just for the record. This is not team rocket. It is a bunch of scientist taking people in for experiments.) The scientist moved up and grabbed the little kids. "HELP!!!" They all shrieked.
 
(Lilith is now very pissed off so she's about to go nuts)
Lilith stood looking more angry than she has in a long time. "I just got him back there is no way in hell I'm losing him again!" she yelled making even duke cringe at the anger in her voice. "Duke sic em" was all she had to say before her Pokemon ran forward getting the scientists to let go of the kids before both Lilith and Duke ran to the ones that had Yoshi. Lilith was so pissed that she was shaking as Duke used flamethrower and took out the last of the scientists before Lilith collapsed the gas finally getting to her.
 
(thats what they were hoping for :( )

More scientist came in and put a needle into Duke causing him to fall asleep. They grabbed Natalie and Put the needle into her to. They grabbed the kids but realized that they had enough to bargain with already. They dropped the kids who fell asleep from the gas and dragged the three to the research lab. Yoshi woke up on a table as he looked around to find his friends locked up in an electric cell that shocked them if they moved. They were going to inject him with a needle but realized he suffered enough and put him in a cell in the middle of Lilith's and Natalie's. Duke and Nixie's were right next to each other. The Pokeballs didn't work inside the cages. It was to risky to even reach for them. Yoshi laid on the floor realizing he should ask. "What is this place?" He asked a scientist walking by. "This place is classified to the likes of you!" Yoshi starred at the cell across from theirs and saw a trapped Riolu. He looked around for a second before pressing a white button that sent Snover to the Professor. He was going to catch and save that Riolu. First he had to find out how to escape himself.
 
Lilith's eyes opened slowly and she made the mistake of moving before realizing she was in an electric cage and cried out in pain. Yoshi what happened? she sent to her friends as she looked around being careful not to really move. The last thing I remember is being throughly pissed off she sent trying to stay calm as she heard Nixie cry out in pain as well.
 
Yoshi fainted after a while not hearing what Lilith asked. The Riolu across from his friends yelled out "AURA SPHERE!" The Riolu shouted out loud. It kept yelling out moves trying to destroy the cage but got quiet and fell to one knee. "I'll never make it out of here alive." Then as if realizing three people with Pokemon were across from him he yelled "HEY CAN YOU HELP ME?" Hoping that he heard he sat down waiting for a response reading there Aura. He read Natalie's first. It had white and black aura mixed in. She was a neutral person. He turned to Yoshi. He had more white and a hint of black. He turned to Lilith and surprised by what he got jumped backwards and got electrified screaming in pain. She had full white. She was the most purest person he ever met. He didn't respond. He fell to the ground face forward after being shocked.
 
One of the scientists noticed the Riolu's reaction after looking at Lilith. "Grab that one" he said pointing at Lilith. Two scientists grabbed Lilith who struggled "WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH US!" she screamed as they strapped her to a table. "That's classified" A scientist said injecting her with the needle they were going to use on Yoshi.
