FireRed hack: Pokemon Inverted Reality

Intro:
Pokemon Inverted Reality is a Pokemon Rom hack based on generation 3. It is my reimagining of the Kanto region, this time Team Rocket is a competent threat and will do everything in their power to take over the Kanto region.
All the gyms have been swapped to different types, most of the personalities of the gym leaders remain faithful to their original counterparts, just with a small twist.
A lot of moves, Pokemon typings and stats have been changed to make Pokemon more viable or give them interesting roles.
The Hack is still in development

Features:
- This Hack has been designed to be difficult, gym leaders have competant moves, held items and Pokémon that synergize with their given type.
- Set mode has been set to mandatory and cannot be turned off.
- A lot of general balance changes to make ''bad'' Pokemon a lot more viable, be it because of their abilities, learnt moves or stat changes.
- EVs have been removed
- Random trainers also have okay teams, its not too overbearing but they aren't cannon fodder eather
- Shops now sell berries and other important held items
- (for now) the shops after the 3rd gym sell lucky eggs, to make grinding more bearable
- Pokemon don't obey when leveled too much past the gym leaders ace
- General quality of life changes, such as better movepool for most Pokemon and more items to find by exploration

Story:
The story follows the general Fire Red story, just with some large changes:
Team rocket has taken over certain parts of the map in search for a ''Mysterious Item that fell from a comet'',
Giovanni's experiment on Pokemon cloning have proven successful, even the might of the elite 4 won't be enough to stop him this time
...but maybe with the help of a certain trainer it would be enough?

The game is designed to be difficult, with mandatory set mode and the removal of EVs. There are also quality of life changes, such as better movepools for Pokemon and more items to find through exploration. The story follows the general Fire Red story, but with changes such as Team Rocket taking over parts of the map in search of a mysterious item from a comet and Giovanni's successful Pokemon cloning experiment.
