i mean how can anyone put pikachu behind the character ,it would usually mess up the ow. brilliant razor.i wish u the best of luck

1.No,only 1st,2nd and 4th generation will be obtainble.
2.Yes,at level 100.
3.No,only our pikachu can't evolve in raichu.The other pikachu can evolve.

I think he will replace another Pokemon with a Pikachu. I think it's common sense... but I might be wrong.
 
It looks like you are really good Hacker. But I don't know if those videos are really real. Maybe they are but i dunno.

Ok i see now that you have just replace Pika. emoctions with pokemon sprites and make them appear in a box. Thats a really good idea
