Introduction:
​

Hi there! I'm Mahamaniac3 and this is my first ever Pokemon Hack. I am sort of new to ROM hacking so I can't supply a finish date, as I don't know how long it will take me to finish. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Storyline:

You live in the City of Twincorn, and RICK, the city's GYM MASTER is looking for a challenge. You get all geared-up and your Flaffy, Marill, and Eevee are ready to battle.

After beating RICK's powerful Fossil Pokemon, you head toward the Village of Lamdonania, where you learn the dark secret behind how your best friend made it to be the 8th GYM MASTER.

On your quest to seek out the truth, you encounter a mysterious shadow. A dark and evil spirit. None other than the mighty Giratina.

Features:

1. Completely new region

2. Battle fierce new trainers including May and Oak


3. Includes over 30 Pokemon Battle events - including Dragonite, Ledian, Mew, Giratina, Entei, Suicune nad Raikou


4. The Eight new GYM LEADERS, called GYM MASTERS


5. All legendary's catch-able


6. Capture Giratina

7. 15% of main storyline is spent infiltrating

I'm thinking of binning this hack as some of the comments I have received have been a bit, unsupportive. So I was thinking, should I keep this hack, or make this one (Look at pics below)?

Ok, suggestions, C&C time.
-Using that Rombase is good - but what you should do is edit the tiles in it
- The maps need improving - everything is too straight
- I will post more suggestions later. TTFL.

I suggest you use hte Multi-Quote button. It's the button beside 'Quote' that normally has two apostrophe's (''). Just click on that for the posts you want to quote and then push New Post. Then everything you want to reply to will appear in the post. Simples. But seriously, you'll eventually get a warning/infraction from a mod eventually.

It doesn't really look like D/P text. Why not just use the official D/P text?

I've changed the thread thanks for pointing that out as I forgot to put thay when I made the thread! Also, you said it's not hard to hack at 13, but different people are better at things than other people are. So, please try to be a bit more positive!

Urhh, I'm 13 it's not hard, i normally a positive person.
Age is nothing, if you find things hard i think you should pause this until you can master something.
Also the way you scripting tutorial on you tube wont help newbies understand scripts at all >_>.
Anyone could do that you need to get down to the details and tell the about alot the script and what the parts do so then they could write there own scripts. And not just insert them. Just a help in hand.
