Kreep was surprised, to say the least, at Max's behavior. He had just expected the conversation to move on. That's what he had been aiming for in the first place. But, still, for some reason, he was glad that it didn't. Even if he was a little angry at Max for saying he looked sad, Kreep had to admit he was probably right. Besides, even though Max didn't seem like the type, here he was offering Kreep a chance. Usually, Kreep would have already started a fight with someone by now, or they would have judged him. This fighting type, however, would let him talk. But, Kreep just couldn't. He was the big guy, the tough guy, the bruiser. However, Kreep wouldn't mind being able to let out his feelings in another way. "Thanksh... Shat guyth ovfer theresh, we thidn't getsh ofsh to a goodth shtart. He doesthn't liketh me, and I shdon't really likesh himf. But, that doeshn't mather. Howth abousht a shmall shparringth matchsh?" Kreep asked, his moods already lifting a bit. When he put it into words, the situation didn't really seem like that big of deal anymore. He was tough guy. No matter what happened to him, he could surely just muscle through. So what if Shierk liked Rani. She didn't really like him... No, that wasn't the way to think. It doesn't matter what she thinks, because he didn't need her. Kreep was a tough guy, and someone like Rani would only hold him back. As for Shierk, he was just a nuisance. They didn't have to really be at each other's throats all the time, even if the show off, wanna be bad boy elekid did get on his nerves. Everyone else seemed like they would be good allies to have in the fight against Darkrai. He would be fine. Kreep looked at Max expectantly, hoping he would agree to having a small fight. This could be exiting.
