The walkthrough is now available and is linked in the original post if you want to look at it. The 8th gym is at the end of the game corner, but there is also a trap door that you have to be careful about or else you will have to go back around to get to it

Okay so I just got to Nostalgia Island and I still can't find a PC? Am I missing something here? Or am I really not able to use any of my PC Pokemon
 
Hey there seems to be a bug. When I finally made it to the elite 4, I didn't have to battle the second and third member. When I talked to them, they gave me post battle dialogue. I did have to fight lane and the rival though.

I also went through the dialogue with oak after, I accidentally skipped one frame of text that I think said something about teleporter, my bad on that, and I can't get him to tell me about a switch. I'm not sure where the switch is in old vermillion, but I assume it's the little green square in the walkthrough near the two cut bushes. I think there may have been a mistake on that page though because it also talks about finding mew under a truck that doesn't exist there and you can't enter the port. I have more than the mentioned 60 pokemon requirement at 117 Kanto and 277 national owned pokemon

There is a mistake on that page of the walkthrough saying you can't get to the upper part without surf, but there's a jump point next to the icon of the the scientist guy. Who I also don't have in my game?

I tried to patch it with the ips on the first page to make sure I had the most recent version but it didn't help. The files on your drive say they were last edited on march 3rd so wouldhave that already but I tried that before the one in page one.

The guy blocking the entrance next to the league says I need to beat the elite four and achieve a great accomplishment, what is that accomplishment?
 
It says a back area to explore with surf, as in the bottom where you would go to the SS Anne. You can enter the port, the mew is there but as it says you are not far enough in the game to make it appear. You have to enter a secret path in between the rocks on the side of the island to get to the secret switch.
Someone else has mentioned certain trainers not battling them but it is inconsistent between save files so I don't know what to say about it.
