Those screenshots are cool, Blazichu. Hopefully people will pay more attention to the screenshots.

Anyway, good luck with releasing the next beta.
 
I'll try and get some more screenshots soon, I have been bvery busy spriting my Pokemon again.

Very nice screens Blazichu. They are all excellent. I'm really looking forward to the new beta and more updates you have. The new sprites and tiles are quite good also. So are you gonna spoil us even more with new events bud?
 
Thanks for the comments, TreeckoLv.100 and Soul_keeper and I do have a little spoiler. This what types all my Gyms will be:

1st Gym: Grass
2nd Gym: Fire
3rd Gym: Electric
4th Gym: Water
5th Gym: Rock
6th Gym: Random types
7th Gym: Dragon
8th Gym: Psychic

Also I should have a beta really soon, I mean it this time unless if my rom gets deleted again. :laugh:

Cool. But why does the 6th gymleader has random types, wouldn't be better for the 8th leader to have that? It probably has something to do with the storyline huh? Well luck on the hack....hacks, both of them. I love your work bud!

Yes, it does involve the storyline, it is one of the important parts, I will try to get the beta soon for people to enjoy. There will be many things involved with that gym leader. I will need to sprite Team Cosmic soon and make them take over places instead of Team Rocket.

When I release the next beta if anyone needs any help getting to Ecruteak, I am glad to help, just post what you need to do or get. One area that is hard is getting to the 3rd Gym as there are many things to do to get to the gym first.
 
Hey bud, the hack seems great. You have some pretty nice screenshots too. You should put some on the first post. And I hope you release the beta soon too. I can't wait to play it. Best wishes buddy.

That is the 3rd Gym, I will hopefully have a new beta by next week.

Also should I add the tiles shown in the screenshot below in Plasma Red (I will also keep the 2 new ground tiles I have now) or should I continue by using the original tiles in Pokemon Gold?

I think you should keep these tiles dude. You should have your own design that would make it a "HACK". Why keep the tiles from Gold? Unless you like them, I do. I just think you should make it as different as possible.
 
Ok, I will add all the new tiles besides the ones on the houses, so that will mean new trees, new ground tiles, new ledges etc, and a new cave entrance.

Hopefully people will enjoy my hack more because of the tiles. I will also keep the brick and cement looking tiles.
 
The tiles look cool, hopefully you release a beta soon, as soon as it is out I'm downloading it. Keep up the great work Blazichu.
 
Update

I have released the new beta to the public, you can play up to the 4th Gym.

If you get stuck on the 3rd Gym I would recommending looking in houses in Goldenrod, you can get the train ticket to get to the Gym.

At the end of the beta you should meet a character who looks exactly like you. This will be the end of beta 1.3. A picture of him is below.

I would have done alot more in this beta but soon I will not have the internet for a week and I wanted to do more but I said I would release a beta soon so I have.

Also some of the things that aren't done are the Fake Pokemon sprites, shiny versions and backpics. Also the text of the 4th Gym could have been done alot more too.

I will get working on Beta 2 and hopefully I can release it as soon as possible. This hack will have alot of work done on it soon so it will get completed.

Hopefully you post here if any glitch or problem occurs but please try to enjoy my beta I have done.
 
I am going to play this beta straight away, I kept a clean gold rom just for this moment.
 
Sorry bout the lack of updates, I haven't had internet for a week.

I will get my own internet soon but for now I have added in the new graphics and I have done everything up to the 6th gym.

The new teams will be added to the hack very soon.
