  • Pokemon Ranger isn't THAT hard. Actually, it's pretty easy - all you have to do is to spin the Circles FAST! Ranger 1 is harder than 2 though. But still - Ranger 1 still isn't hard as hard as you think. I think my comments about Ranger 1 is moderate.

  • I think that it is hard, but the hardest might be the celebi. I would wait until you get way better before taking on this challenge.

  • I did have both, but I sold them, I guess I kind of got bored with them, and I couldn't capture that darn Steelix in the first one!

  • I find the only hard thing about Pokemon Ranger was the Salamance, Entei (the second time) and Charizard. Everything else was pretty easy.
    But I find Solana very VERY annoying.

  • I found Ranger to be exceptionally challenging. I haven't played the second game, however, so I can't speak from experience if it's any harder than its predecessor. However, Entei round two was just cruel. So. Cruel. ;m;

  • I find it hard because I play on an emulator. >.<

    But.. I don't like the Pokemon Ranger game. I hate the starters (not a big fan of Electric types)

    Almia is okay.. but I don't really like the school part. You join, have like 3 days there, then graduate. >.<

  • Hehe, I remember getting this way back when...I hated it so I traded it in, and a couple years later I decided to try it on an emulator. (It's even harder on that!) So I ended up cheating and using an AR code that allowed me to capture a Pokemon with one circle. I agree it's a pain, and if you can beat it without cheats then I commend you for that accomplishment!

    That..

    Pokemon Ranger was something that I got right after it's release. I was really happy at the time that I got it.. but I got stuck fairly early on, and never managed to pass that part hardly. Once I did, then directly after I got stuck at another point.. ><; The game wasn't amusing enough for me to put a lot of time into either. To this day I still haven't finished it, and I sold my copy of it finally a few months ago to get Platinum. ^^;

    That game is too annoying to be much fun, in my opinion.

    I must say, i DID finish Ranger 1, but some parts were simply INSANE. Salamance and Entei were terribly difficult. Ranger 2 was easier, but it got really boring, so i abandoned it midway.

    The most frustrating aspect of both games though, was the partner. Not minun or pachirisu, rather Luana and that other idiot... Kept stealing my glory...
