Hey guys I am Killerhyena. I am new to this Pokemon Community. I am curious to know that how Pokemon rom hacks are made . I have searched a lot on internet but I can't understand anything. So can anyone help me with it and I also want to learn making Pokemon rom hacks . Please help me with these two things
