if you wanted make all the regions to you could use engine hacking or put all pallet town, viridean city, house maps on one map that would save tons of room.

It wasn't me, anyway can you find the Sinnoh E4 and Johto E4 sprites and give them a suitable recolor please
and also can you make a heroine like Andinator's hero sprite?

Just as an experiment (might not be perfect) give Will, Aaron, Bertha and Bruno a darker shade and Lance, Cynthia, Volkner (replaced with Flint), Lucian, Karen and Koga a lighter shade
