Due to an oversight regarding the listing of TMs, which Pokemon gained the ability to learn Steel Wing via TM51 in Generation VI (Gen 6) that would otherwise not be able to use said move due to lacking actual wings?

Are there any Dragon-type Pokemon that can't learn any HMs? If so, name one.

In Gen 2, Lance has a Pokemon with an illegal moveset. Which of his Pokemon has the illegal move and what move is it?
 
Aerodactyl didn't get Rock Slide until Gen 4, though it definitely should have.

Are there any pokemon that learn extreme speed but has a speed base stat of below 80?

Thy Dratini that rest in the Dragon's Den can learn Extremespeed if recieved from thy elder in the dragons den that can give you a dratini that knows extremespeed and he is the elder and somehow related to Clair and gives you dratini that knows extremespeed. (wait wut)

GROUND TYPES THAT CAN LEARN FLY? :O
 
Zoroark is grey, but his Special Attacks hit like a charizard's.


Are there any pokemon with wings that can't learn fly, but also aren't bug types?

1. I was going to answer the other question, but you (Gre)ninja'd me to it.

2. The only Dark-only type Pokemon that can Mega Evolve is Absol.

Are there any psuedo-legendaries (Final Stage Dragon Pokemon with 600 BST, are not legendaries), that are not Blue or Purple?

Do any dragon types have fire blast, but not flamethrower?
 
No, not that I know of. However Noivern and Druddigon both know flamethrower, but not fire blast.

Do any Pokemon know Volt Tackle and U-turn?
