FireRed hack: Pokemon Shiny Gold

Hey does anyone know whats wrong with my game??? Im in the radio tower and defeated the director saved and turned it off. i turn it back on this morning and my guy is all glitched up and and i can't leave the room or it will freeze?? What do i do???

did u use any cheats?:P, that may be the problem, if u didnt , then i dont know the reason.:D
 
hey, i'm stuck in to place where you get HM05 which contains Flash.

the guy don't give me that HM... he just says "I hope you learn and grow from your journey" what can i do? :S

my english is bad... btw, your hack is nice :D keep it going :P

and this is the newest Shiny Gold Version X...
 
hey gess wat?! did any1 else realize tthat in the bug fixed version...the ho-oh on the title screen cry is actually a ho-ohs cry insted of a charizard cry like it used 2 b? godd job zel!
 
I have a problem.

When i save the game and quit and restart the game, it won't load,
but if I go to File->Save Game and File->Load Game it's working.

But thing is, when i'll beat elite 4 and I'll have to turn it off, will I be able to continue the game? and when I stard the game it says ''The 1M sub-circuit board is not installed.'' what's that?

EDIT: I went to Options -> Save Type -> Flash 128K
but still it won't continue.

EDIT2: When I save it says ''Save error. Please exchange the Backup memory.'' What's that?
please please help me

Question, do you have any plans on changing the Ho-Oh picture in the title screen, cause I can get you the first original Sugomori art picture of Ho-oh so you can make it into a sprite (*or get a good spriter to do it.)
 
WHAT !! you dont like Zels Ho-oh sprite :O Zel i will take care of him :D J/K :P But Zel you can change headbut trees sprite :P
 
EVERONE!!! If you want to know how to save properly in ShinyGold,
please read here and stop posting like 50,000 posts asking how to save!

This is how I did it:

1. Go to Options-->Emulator-->Save Type-->Flash 128K.
2. Close VisualBoyAdvance.
3. Re-open VisualBoyAdvance.
***Here is the part that most people mess up with. Do NOT load your savestate!
You must continue on to the title screen. Now, it should not say that sub-circuit board thingy.
4. Now you should be able to save.

The downside of this method is that you MUST restart your game.


Here is another way that I have NOT tried and am not 100% sure it works.

1. Set Save Type to Flash 128K like I said above.
2. Savestate and then close VBA.
3. Delete your [.sav] file.
4. Re-open VBA and load your savestate.

Now everyone please stop making tons of posts asking how to save.
 
Zel, I played the Beta4 and got to Kanto, and I do know the B4 has some bugs, but I would like to report one.
Is the Copycat girl suppose to be Gender confused? Or is it just part of the Beta so we can't go further.
Because each time I talked to her, she turned into Crystal o_0;;

I think that has been said already but I'm not sure. Check the first page here for current list of glitches.
 
Hey. I had a problem with the game.

I started playing from a previous save of mine - right outside victory road. This was from an earlier version. Everything went all right, as I beat the elite four. The game saved correctly. However, when I loaded my file, it instantly froze at new bark town - I could see myself, but nothing was moving and I couldn't walk around.

Curious, I loaded a previous state and took the pidgeot guy to fly me back to new bark - this time the town didn't load at all, the screen just stayed black. I'm playing the new bugfix version.

I guess the problem might be that my previous save was from beta 3.5 - 4 preview - 4. Maybe it was asked before, who knows.

Well in beta four Zel moved New bark town so that might be the problem.

Try saving in the pokemon center with the preview version then load the save and try again, if doesn't work just start a new game.
 
Whirlpool is learned by Wailmer at Cianwood City. You can catch them by fishing I think. They're rare.
 
my game freezes when i talk to claire in the dragon's den. is there any way to fix that

i tried leaving and i went bk to the gym and she was there. i talked to her and nothing happened. then i went bk to the dragons den and she wasnt there

Well, I want my water pokemon to learn Whirlpool and not a pokemon the game gave me - without breeding - like you should be able to do in GSC
