the sprite looks new but i think it is a bit big might need to make it smaller

The cell sprite doesn't look half bad, I always hated cell.. I loved frieza...
Moving on, I think you need to Improve on the mapping,
remember it's quality not quantity :P
But considering your at Pastoria (it was the last map I saw)
you map pretty fast,
Is this an "exact" premake?
I think you also should change tiles,
about the base:- it was the first rombase I used when I was a "n00b"
it has a lot of errors within the tileset, I would recommend you changing them up.
but other than that,
the hacks steady, keep it up!

thanks for the comments, and no it is not a premake you travel to dbz worlds and whole other stuff but i cant do any scripting because i do not have any one to script
