FireRed hack: Pokemon Sky Twilight Version

There were some glitches which made so much content made by the creator unaccessible like the league and so on. So I tried to fix all the glitches I could find with the help of jiangzhengwenjzw, the following things are fixed in this patch I made:
The Crocus League was not accessible.
The world map was messy and some towns were missing.
Some movement errors, tile errors.
The glitched Pokedex(This was done thanks to jiangzhengwenjzw)
The evolution stones weren't working properly(Fixed with the help of jiangzhengwenjzw).
The title screen was fixed(The animation was fixed by jiangzhengwenjzw).
Some mega Pokemon lack proper backsprites and icons, now these are added(The original mega forms use the icons of their normal forms).
Some trainers and players lacked their proper sprites, so I made some for them.
Also, I added a little bit of post-game content to make Zapdos and Poipole obtainable. You can go to Camellias Islan, talk to the sailor to access this little bit of new content.

Hotfix: The previous patch wasn't fully compatiable with real consoles and some emulators because of some battle animations. That should be fixed now. Some minor glitches were fixed as well.

I only just found this out recently and firstly I want to say a huge thanks to hackrepairman for fixing my mess lol. Bear in mind I was 17 when making this game was in development. Secondly, there are other things I would have done differently such as the dialogue as it did seem a little mediocre (especially for the Team Voltage arc), adding some spice of challenge in the game as the game seems too easy for some players, add some extra post content, the other day I was brainstorming in my head and I was thinking Team Voltage makes a return and has have been reformed but this time, the former leader of the Team Voltage will be on your side, as well as of course rematches with gym leaders, catching legendaries, and a secret final boss, and lastly the addition of adding newer generations of Pokemon (Gen 8 and 9) and new regional form exclusively to Sky Twilight.

I really appreciate that everyone still supports this game. I didn't expect you guys to really but hey we're here. Maybe one day, Pokemon Sky Twilight will make a grand return and it will be further developed once more (but I'm not promising anything though :)).

It's great to see that you are back, in fact, this is more like a bugfix patch instead of an actual update since I didn't really change anything already made. I wish to preserve everything made by you, also, if you intend to add more things and need help, please tell me. In fact, I've added one thing you mentioned, which is the Gym leader rematch thing. Thanks so much for making this great game, I really wish what I did can make more people get to know this game.

For me personally this game and pokemon gaia really leaving impression in my mind because how close it's to original game 👍🏻😢

You need to go south from Edelweiss City to find Team Voltage's hideout, after you're done there, go back to Primrose City, go north to get through the cave there, then you'll reach Iris Town, beat the gym leader then go back to Primrose City, then enter the Primrose HQ, talk to the guard to continue.

No pressure at all! Although, looking how my team is in their mid 30's, and I'm already 7 badges in, I don't think I'll end up with a Goodra. I wish the level curve wasn't so low level based.

I know you haven't promised it at all, (and wow the fact that you made this great creation at 17 is super impressive.
It's like how Kane Pixels made his amazing Backrooms series at just 18 or younger. I'm gonna say this full stop, you are a genius :3 And even if it ain't worth much, you've got my seal of approval! ⭐️)

But yeah this vision you've got here sounds really promising and I think whatever you do, if you choose to pursue, it will be great. Just beautiful 🙂 And I'll be one of the first to enjoy it! Otherwise, hey, the game is already complete except for your envisioned post-game and stuff, so it's cool if not. Life happens and these are all passion projects that aren't paid-for, so everyone should be understanding when life happens and takes priority!

Sure (: So first off, while I don't think it's what you were referring to, I will say the Backrooms video series by Kane Pixels is on YouTube, just as videos, not games. Tho there is a backrooms game on Steam which I found fun with my friends!(:


But if you meant the other thing like I think.. which would simply be the romhack for which this thread is all about, then...

For Pokémon Sky Twilight, the way to get it and play it is really easy! 😊 First what you'll need is a clean Fire Red Squirrels gba rom. But I believe it's against rules to post links to patched roms, so you'll have to find that on your own, I'm afraid. I believe in you! Just be careful of sketchy sites, as they can contain malicious ads, viruses and malware, etc. Get yourself a rom patcher. My goto is Unipatcher on the google play store! It works for everything I've needed, from gbc to gba and even nds games (;



And go to the link in one of hacksrepairman's latest posts in this thread (they did update so that all posts contain the link to the up to date patch for Twilight Sky. Open the rom patcher and follow instructions from there! And then go with your choice of emulator.

Hey everybody! How's everything? Since Pokémon Day is just around the corner, I'm sharing a little story of how this rom hack made me want to be a game developer.
