I only read the manga. Let me tell you that the manga is a lot more violent and intresting than the anime. Back on topic, Cyrus would probably manipulate Red since he seems to be very sadistic.
 
maybe cyrus can do it you know control of everything that will be fun seeing a brain wash Red fighting Yellow and Yellow using Megavolt with chuchu to stop him

I think Lance would manipulate Red, then kill him :O. Mainly cause he wants Red out of the picture; so he can have Yellow for himself.

That's a totally different series. Stupid-looking, IMO. Even if VizKids cut up parts to create "The Best of Pokemon Adventures", still...

Maxie and Archie could do it, too, if they were possessed themselves XD

I agree on Gold. I really like how Gold, as the second big main character based off the generic game trainer, has a colorful and really interesting personality. Red was kinda like that, though maybe not as cocky, in the beginning. But now he's turned into mr niceguy a liiiittle too much. Gold isn't like that, and we thank him for that. We needs somebody like him.

Eusine, great. I've said that too. I don't really love his personality though... but I like his interactions with Crys x3

Bill and Misty may be my favourites when it comes to personalities. Misty is smart and would kick and spit on her anime version (well she wouldn't)(they're actually quite alike)(so I take that back), and Bill is just wonderfully... that... word... that only exists in swedish and never can be explained in english: lagom :/

I also thought about the "talents" of the Hoenn Holders. Ruby collects Ribbons, Sapphire collects Badges, and Emerald collects Symbols...though I'm not sure if those are "talents" or just gimmicks. But they're roles, at any rate.

Platina= The Debutant

Well, that makes me like Pearl more XD 'Cause Azelf is my fave of the trio, so... Uxie's too ugly, and Mesprit seems too...girly O.o

I don't consider myself a friend of Yellow. Or... DO I? I'll introduce her to you, Army ^^

Serebii has detailed bios, but...

I'll come up with custom names for them XD

Ruby: Coordinator
Sapphire: Gymnast (you know what type of gym I mean ><')
Emerald: Pee-er *shot many times* Battler the second XD
Dia: Eater *shot*
Pearl: Comedian
Platina: Dark Horse ><'

A Valkyrie is a mystical female warrior frm Norse mythology. Fits Sapphire perfectly don't you think?

Ruby: Contests "The Coordinator"
Sapphy: Gym Battles "Trainer"
Emerald: Battle Frontier "Competitive Battler"
Dia (The Poffin Maker) & Pearl (?) "Rash Kid/Journey Kid" XD = Double Battlers (Manzai Act =P)
Platina: Contest, Gym, and Frontier Champ XD (Farfetche'd but eh... could happen =P)

Okidoki. No can do. Since I haven't got a clue about the story in the D/P/P arc anyway, I guess I'll just wait til I can read it.

... which might take some time. I still can't buy the volumes, so when I'm re-reading things now, I go to mangafox :/
