I also wonder why we are discuss this topic in spoilers also. That is true when people get older they appearance change. So Mars probably could have been prettier when she was younger. Though we probably have to see if they give references or hints in the video games before we come to an actual conclusion. I would not also be surpise if they did a tragic scene in the manga about Silver's mother death though since other sad moment in this manga.

People look can change when they get older. For example I look at my parents photograph when they got married and how they look now and I can see the changes in their face and it is the samething with my grandparents and my great-grandparents when I look at a picture of them when they were young.

Hmm... Well, since most of them don't have fathers... (with the two R/S exceptions, plus Green, Yellow, Emerald, and Crystal, who have unknown parents)

I'm not gonna include Dia, Pearl, or Platina, though I suspect they only have mothers.

Red: His father probably looks a lot like him, except his baseball cap goes in an awkward angle.
Green: Mother probably looks like Daisy, father is (I think) an older Sammy Oak, if you follow the anime o3o
Yellow: Her mother is probably as pretty as her; her father might be unknown to her because her mother got pregnant and never married
Gold: His father is drunk and highly perverted. So his mother divorced him XD
Silver: Yeah, she'll be pretty. But she divorced Giovanni, or Giovanni killed her because she was rich, or he was depressed that Silver was kidnapped.
Crystal: Oh wait, yeah, she does have a mother XD Forget that remark up there. Well, her father probably has a normal hairstyle and is a good capturer, but not as good as Crys or her mother.
Emerald: His parents are tall. Very tall. In fact, they're taller than any of the PokeSpecial characters' parents.

I like your ideas for Green and Emerald.

Yellow: I think her mom was probably very beautiful~ And her dad was handsome, but he has brown hair.
Gold: Probably and older, pervier version of Gold. (maybe he was a bad father and took his son with him to strip clubs....you never know...)
Sapphire: I bet her mom was very classy, girly type woman. THen she died and Sapphy was left with her dad.

I not sure know about Dia, but Platina and Pearl do have fathers.
Remember Platina's father is Sir Berlitz. He isone of Professor Rowan's assistants and Palmer is Pearls father.

Red: One of them will probably have raven-hair.
Green: I do not know they probably look like one of his counterparts from other manga who said to have parents. It is not always the case though.
Yellow: She will probably either have her mother or father's features.
Gold: I not sure he would probably have some spiky in his hair.
Silver: His mother will most likely have red-hair.
Crystal: I not sure really.
Sapphire: Mrs. Birch will probably look like she did in the games.
Emerald: I do not know his parents are mentioned, but I do not know if they actually make a cameo in this manga.
Diamond: I really do not know I wonder if Johanna from the video games could be his mother though?
Pearl: His mother would probably also resemble his game counterpart mother.
Platina: Madame Berlitz probably look fabulous just like her daughtered and dress elegantly. I do not know if she was a good person or not though.
