As for the evil teams, here's the setup from the Laiceps Nomekop fic:

Kanto Team: The Shittenou- With Yellow being the evil leader since she has a dual personality

Johto Team: Dead Metal Alliance- Johto mafia with Silver as the leader

Hoenn Team: something about Ruby, Sapphire, and Wally pulling bank heists

Sinnoh Team: We never really got to develop this; Dia, Pearl, and Platina were part of some strange cult.

Guys - Flashy suits in the color of their name. Except Dia and Pearl would both wear white.
Girls:
Blue - a sexy back-revealing black dress.
Yellow - A cute, somewhat childish dress
Crystal - A Qipao ^^ (Chinese dress)
Sapphire - Something gorgeous Ruby made for her and coerced her to wear
Platina - Something elegant with a lot of expensive jewlery
