I consider Sheik a girl being a boy. Because Sheik is Zelda, and Zelda is Sheik. One person, one technical gender, no matter if that person's looks are altered with magic to make her look more manly. And Zelda IS the more girly one! She's the one in the dress! That's why Ruby get's to be Zelda. No one said they had to switch someone of the same gender. Sheik is the one she gets to go wild and run around as a Sheikan! And Sapphire loves running around wild, so she get's to be Sheik. And I love Zelda. And Sheik. They're both awesome. :3
