Nen totally agrees with the rest of ya. Some jokes in the re-released volumes are actually pretty decent, but others are pathetic. D: Don't make the manga as corny as the anime, VIZ!

The reason Bill loses his accent in the GSC arc is 'coz Chuang Yi started translating everything from then on. And they apparently decided to leave out his accent. D8
If VIZ had continued translating the rest of the arcs, then I'm pretty sure Bill would still talk all southern-y.~

As for the backstory discussion stuffs, we'll probably get a bit more detail about Gold's past if when they make an HGSS arc. I hope. ;A;

xDDDDD OhmyMew. He's, like...the foreign little brother of Dick Gumshoe, as drawn by Sugimori. THEY TOTALLY HAVE THE SAME HAIRSTYLE AND EVERYTHING.

Also: I found a neat video where someone took clips of characters played by voice actors they thought should play the Holders. Actual dialogue aside, the voices fit really well.

 
... Because I love being a critic about Seiyuu's/Voice Actors, it's teim for Peaches opinion teim And because I'm too lazy to read everything above, as usual! -shot-

Red: Hn. I can see it. -sage nod- Definitely Red-Like.
Blue: This voice can work well, as long as the seiyuu can go from having the voice they had in the video, so a more playful voice for when Blue does her whole 'innocent' scheme.
Green: It's... a bit too deep, IMHO. It's a problem with picking many male voices that wouldn't have the typical shonentard voice. If I have to though, I could possibly get used to it.
Yellow: I can definitely see this. The voice they picked can definitely be established as a male/female voice, a major thing you need to do in order to get Yellow's voice down. Her voice can be defined specifically as a male or a female, or else it destroys the whole Male/female thing about her.
Gold: Hm. I see him with a little bit of a higher pitched voice. But... knowing who's voice it is... I can see it. XD
Silver: I see Silver with a tad bit of a softer voice. But I can't complain about the voice they have chosen for him. It fits. -nod-
Crystal: Crystal's voice has to be one that can be serious, and yet can be playful when she's not being serious. The voice they chose I'm sure can do it, so good choice.
Ruby: As long as that voice can say "BEAUTIFUL" well, then it can work. 8D; -shot-
Sapphire: ... I can see it. I can totally see it. XD
Wally: RIE KUGIMIYAAAAAAAAAA~ ♥ ♥ ♥ ... I have no complaints.

My sister's birthday is the same day as Yellow's~
My birthday is four days before Emerald's, and thus five days before Blue's.
My brother and Green share the same month? XD;
And My dad's birthday is ten days before Sapphire's.
My mom... doesn't even share a month with a character. XD;

Also. Why would you have to switch Blue's and Ruby's birthdays? o_O To make the genders the same? -doesn't really get it...-

To answer the birthday topic: My lil' brother's birthday is on the same day as Blue.~
My dad's birthday is on the same day as Bill.
My mom's birthday is two days after Sapphire.
And Nen herself shares the same day with no one. Dx /fail

Speakin' of birthdays, I recently found out that Mato-sensei's birthday is five days after Green's. :o A coincidence...?

Nice vid, Sunny. Nen doesn't really like anime, so she didn't recognize any of the voice actors. xD; But I think Blue and Yellow were the most fitting. Gold's voice made me lul.
 
Birthday Topic? Well, my birthday is August 1st and we all know that is Giovanni's birthday as well, so yep, I share my birthday with Giovanni and no one else that I know shares another birthday with any other pokespe characters...

Ehm, birthdays...Mine's in January, so I think it'd be Blue...Dad's is in December, so he's closest to Silver (LOL it totally does not fit him XD)...Mom's is in August, so that'd mean...OH LORDY her b-day is closest to RED'S 8OO *Shocked into oblivion* Wow. Methinks I got a bit off track there. XD

Sunny, me has seen that vid before! 83 I think Gold's voice is the same seiyu as Naruto's, but I can't be sure. I recall everyone else to fit nicely.

And you know the most random scene in the game? When Looker hands over that flute thingy. Lol, I'm about to go face off against a criminal organization AND most likely some epic Legendary Pokemon, and you give me a flute? XD That's so helpful, Looker.

I also have another question for you all~If someone, inexperienced or not, were to make some Pokespe openings (animation) what songs do you think they should use? And do you think using the Pokemon anime songs would be a good idea?
Personally, I don't like the idea of using the anime music. >.>
 
Birthdays... Well, I know two people who share the month with Sapphire, and one of them is only 3 days away from hers. I also know someone whose birthday is only a week from Crystal's. Oh, and one person who shares it with Giovanni. And a person whose birthday is only 3 days from Ruby's... oh yeah! And someone whose birthday is on Christmas Day so it's really close to Silver's!

And, on the topic of Pokespe anime openings...

Yeah, that probably would be plagerizing... but it'd be really cool if they animate it well. They might be able to make their own music though... (like with one of those singing softwares, I think they let you use it to make your own music and you can post it on youtube and stuff. Correct me if I'm wrong about that.) But I'd love it almost no matter what they did.

...Most dub themes are pretty lame. You folks have inspired me to attempt to compose a non-lame English opening for PokeSpe.

Which saga should I take a stab at? (I'll post the lyrics first, then make a rough MIDI of the melod, then try to piece together an instrumental. Buuut considering my work ethic, it might not get any farther than the melody stage. D:)

But if we're good with plagiarizing, I maintain that Ready Steady Go! would make a cool opening for Emerald saga.

I would like to note that people have already made PokeSpe openings in a way. xD; Miight want to reword that into sometime along the lines of 'A not fanmade PokeSpe Opening'. Because otherwise, the Northern Lights one and Tokyo Underground one, and all the other ones are already there for you. :)

Anyways. If one were to make an original PokeSpe OP, then it would be prolly wise to have an Anime Song that isn't already an OP, because as this is Openings were talking about, it has to kind of be an anime song. XD; But if it were to actually be published for an actual thing, then they have no choice but to make a new song for it.
