Yeah, well as far as we know Platinum's not trying to save the world (or Pokedex Holders). We haven't gotten much detail on it yet. Far as I know, the only reason they did the three year gap between RGB and GSC was because the games had it in there that three years had passed between them. Considering RGB and RSE were at the same time as were GSC and DPPt I guess it gave them a little more leeway.

Professor Bill? XD I want that. That's hilarious. But Daisy would be nice too. I agree, there should be a female professor. It'd show a little equality.

-Someone on mangafox reckoned he/she caught Mewtwo at the end of Fr/Lg.Is this true??(poor mewtwo if it is).
-Will Sird return in Hg/Ss???(i want a massive battle with Sird,Lance,Marge(Ruby's friend),Ruby and Dia atop Mt.Silver.It'd be cool with Ruby and Dia in there for comedy

What is your favorite Pokemon (Your overall favorite)? Did they appear in the manga? How did you like them in PokeSpecial?

My number one favourite Pokémon has always been and will always be Charmander (ever since that tear-jerking episode in the anime :') - and oh lucky me, it became the Pokémon of my favourite character in the manga, haha.
Of course, it did evolve pretty quickly, so not a lot of pages featuring Charmander... still, as a Charizard it's epic as well. More epic, perhaps. :3

And no, it's nothing than a coincidence that Green also caught my second favourite Pokémon: Ninetales. I just love Fire types, 's all :D

So much talk about Gen V already? We haven't even got HGSS yet, jeez, people! And what, DPP has just finished/reaching it's conclusion? And I agree with Chamo, they haven't been aging as quickly as the were in the past. There was barely any time between GSC, RS, FRLG and Emerald arcs And if the orginal trio gets up into the 20s...well, I can't say I don't mind. =w= Then I can stop being a pedo in my love for them. :U And then maybe I could get more RuSa. U:

As for Gen V...I wouldn't mind a fem!rival/professor. =w= <3 Although I don't think that much about it. Honestly I'll be content with anything they come out with, even if I can't remember all the Pokemon or whatever. Because I still love the adventure in the game. And the manga, for that matter (since this is a PokeSpe fanclub, after all) I trust the creaters, what do I care? It's still awesome. =w= The only thing I'm going to worry/speculate about is what color the new rival's hair is. =w=

Oh yes, new HGSS news. Hibiki is named Ethan and Kotone is named Lyra in the English versions. All the new Rocket executives got new names too. Apollo is Archer and Athena is Ariana. Forgot the other two.

Er...Gen V? Wut? D: I know that it's supposed to be confirmed in the upcoming movie or something, that much my little birdie told me...but why is there suddenly so much speculation on it? I don't remember seeing any new information on it, or has my recent Kingdom Hearts fad been plugging my ears? Don't answer that.

Although I don't really know why I'm bothering to respond to this discussion, considering I know nothing and my mind has been totally focused on the upcoming HG/SS arc anyway. >.>

Speaking of which, Latias and Latios? <3 I want to see a Gold and Latias panel. I'd love to see how he'd react to her in her human form. What if Latios was an overprotective brother? That would make him and Silver best friends. XD *shot*
