Found a bug in the beginning. As you leave Rt 2 there is an NPC off to the side of the exit and f you interact with I'm the game freezes

I just beat Sabrina , however I see no way of getting to Cinnabar Island, route 12 is blocked off from me completely. There's also a ladder in Mt Sun that doesn't work. Also unsure of how to evolve poipole, since it should have evolved while knowing dragon pulse but it's already at lvl 28 and nothing.

i used unipatch updated with Pkm fire red (u) v1.1,
started with My Boy! (Free),

and I got the original Fire red… did I do something wrong?
