No, 4 of it's 6 stats were maxed out in IV's
 
My level 100 Riachu ^______^
 
My lvl. 60 Drapion

Crappy Sp. Attack but I love its defense stat.
Has a very good Attack stat.
I believe it has a good moveset too.

Crunch
Toxic
Protect
Acupressure
(Because of Acupressure, I've never lost with my Drapion)
 
My very well EV trained level 100 Sceptile,

It makes a great special sweeper, with excellent speed, and Giga Drain OWNS.

Weavile which saved me in tough spots.
 
My shiny Spiritomb, which i got through breeding for the right nature
