The Armors to evolve Charcadet are acquired in a Dojo much later into the game's current story.

I can tell you its definitely not abandoned. We just spoke last month and he is definitely eager to see its completion. I don't know the timeline for his next release but please hold on, it will be coming!

It is incomplete but has a sizeable amount of story to see enough to give you an idea if you want to see the rest or not.

Can i change natures and if so when? Can i train ivs/evs and abilities, if so when? Also, i am really lagging hard in this game, is there any fix or workaround?

Really big Fan of the Game can't wait to see more hope it won't Take long.
I'm nobody to make Suggestions but I'm just Giving a Review of what id Love to see in the Upcoming Updates as a Fan.

I for one Really Enjoyed Lookers Reveal in the Story and Brenadan aswell as Team Neo Galactics Involvement in the Story.
Makes it much more Natural and Feels Real in Universe so just Mentioning other Regions and Events Dropping some Names like Giovanni or Little Cameos would be Much Appreciated.

I could see Verlo having also a Special Taskforce Collecting Items under the Cover of beeing Buisnessmen for Ciphers Inc who now Returned since it is Oficially Dissolved and they Basicly find some Artifacts Powering up some Steel Electric and Psychic Types giving a Much Needed Boost to some, like "Antient Clay" which Triggers a Evolution for Claydol or "Ritual Fearher" Giving Sigolyph a 50% Speed Boost and 20% Confusion Chance on all Psychic Moves.
Just Things not making them Op but Giving Much Needed Boosts.

Maybe 3-4 New Mega Evolutions not too Many but so Arcenine ist all Alone.
One for Alatus one for Larch and the Rest...Idk take your Pick , Maybe Verlo Himself might make Metagrossite C, for Ciphers.
No Idea.

Other then That Perhaps a Move Tutor able to Teach any Move a Certain Pokemon Knows for...you Choose how many Poke.
But either gives you the Option to Teach Magnezone Zap Canon with Luck.
Or if you don't have Luck he'll Offer Flash or something.
Much in Style of the Nature Changer.

Just a few Ideas.
Keep the Drama up and at the Right Points don't Overdo it and include some Random Plot Twists like Idk Mare having lied to his Granny that he is at a Rangers Camp Instead of a Mafia and as His Friend you Gotta Cover him.
Just some Filler Brainrot making the World feel more Alive and Complex then just some Guys in Suits.

You are Definitly on the Right Track and I am Awaiting the Day when the next Version comes out :)

PS:(Be Honored if you name one Trainers in the Future Enido and Please get Archaludon into the Game Thank You )

Edit: Yeah forgot to Mention but Covet doesn't Work Properly in Game it doesn't Steal Items tried to Farm Paras for Mushrooms to Buy Duralodon with Poke.
Spend 3 Hours Training a Skitty from 15 to 36 where it Learns Covet for it to not Work :(

I'm just a Player but as Far as i know You just need to Catch/Reset Enough Times till you get the Right IVs you Train the EVs yourself just Check which ones you need to get Which Pokemon gives them and in the Encounters Doc find a Suitable Pokemon and it's Location.
As far as I know there aren't any Macho Braces or EV Boosting Items yet Aviable.

But if you want to Change the Ability
There is a Scientist in the Towns Square of Hasashi City North of the Bike Shop selling Ability Capsules for 10,000$

And if you are Looking for a Way to Change your 'mons Nature then go to Henko City in the North Near the Entrance to Route 37 there is even a Sign Infront of it.

The Old Lady in there will Talk in Nostalgia before Offering to Change your mons Nature either Randomly for 800$ or to a Select one for 23,000$ .....Outrageous in this Economy.... worth it tho.

BUT MAKE SURE!!! To put the Pokemon whoose Nature you wish to Change at 1st Place in your Team since that's what she will Change.

And Don't Spamm A or Enter or you will Pay Multiple Times for the Exact same thing and you can't Cancel it once you Paid.
Old Hag Keeps the Money.
