only EV,s . EV Stands for " Effort Value " Which a Pokemon Gains when it beats another pokemon. for Example: Beating Magikarp gives 1 Speed EV

IV Stands for Individual Value. i dunno whats that lol

How can you get them?

I know that 4 EV's = 1 more stat added when Level 100. Certain pokemon give out certain EV's.

IV's are more random. They are random on bred pokemon and wild pokemon. You have a higher chance of gettin a higher IV'd baby pokemon if you breed 2 pokemon that have high V's in the stat you want. Easy.

Goodies.: But you said they should read the rules BEFORE submitting a form. No use if we say "read the rules". Might as well just say, you're in, read the rules.

oh yea i have a Shiny Lucario that had 329 SpA and 306 Spe ( Someone here in PC gave it to me long time ago ). so if I Breeded this Lucario with a Ditto makes the Riolu Stronger?

Depends on the IV's of the Lucario and the Ditto (and the Nature helps too). Probably.
