there is one thing i need to say.the layout is plain.full stop.it will never attract the visitors attention,no offense mate,but you need to work on your layout.
 
SSI won't work on Freewebs, Geocities or tripod! They are free hosts

You want to contact your ISP to see if they give you any free webspace -- mine does.
