If you have a PokeRadar you could catch one yourself somewhere ^^ And well there's always a possibility, but just the regular possibility of actually getting a shiny, so breeding a shiny and getting a shiny would be uberly rare xD; It's always possibly I guess, but it's not guaranteed if that's what you meant.
If I happen to be wrong, someone can correct me, but I'm pretty sure that's right ^_~

I don't know about physical sweeper, but experience tells me Espeon is a great special sweeper : fast and powerful.
Vulpix learns roar and will o the wisp, so Ninetailes could make a nice pyroshuffler.
And I think Crobat can be annoyer, trapper, and even staller at the same time...
